Maybe their food is good. After getting the kids all excited when told they would be outside our place and ordering online as requested, paid $60 for the order and was prompted it will be ready after 4 pm Saturday (today is Sunday) We were informed they would call to confirm the order and deliver, no call. Walked around downtown Redmond looking for their Roach Coach and did not find it. I left two voice messages and did not hear back. So, maybe they make good food. Operational efficiency, customer service, and web tools, not quite up to standard.Happy Father's Day, should be once I feed my kids.

I am a lover of Hong Kong style egg waffles (aka puffed waffles or puffles oro bubble waffle). They have a crispy exterior and a chewy almost creamy interior. I came across Puft when they were servicing the Issaquah Sports Medicine Combine last month. The owners of this food truck are Filipino, so you will see some filipino menu items. Today, the truck, worked by 2 other employees, was there as early as us 5k runners. When I saw them, I knew what my post-run meal would be!When I finished my run and was ready for some nosh, I came by and ordered the lumpia burger. The guys working today were very friendly. My burger came out shortly. I expressed surprise because I thought the bun was actually going to be a puffed waffle but they said sorry and explained the pan de sal bread is simply pressed in the waffle iron, and that they tried a waffle before but the pan de sal bread worked much better. I totally understood, said it was alright and I proceeded to eat the burger. At first it does not look like much, but the taste of the lumpia-style pork patty was delicious. There was also banana peppers or some other sweet relish on top that added to the overall flavor. The burger came with a side of coleslaw and 3 little lumpias, which I greatly appreciated. The coleslaw could use a little more flavor tweaking in the area of seasoning and tanginess, but was good enough (I am a coleslaw perfectionist ;P )Later, the guys let me try a puffed waffle, which was so nice. The classic puffed waffle was so good, even by itself. It only needed a touch of the syrup it came with. I tipped the guys for the nice gesture. Give these guys a try if you see them around! Try something new like the lumpia burger! Get a waffle! It will be delicious!

I had the pleasure of this waffle truck at my work's business complex.I love it!The waffles are not too sweet and just perfect. The Seattle Dog is a good savory type of waffle. It has grilled onions, bacon, cream cheese and a hot dog. Better eat it fast though. I'm a very slow eater and the juices from the hot dog did make it soggy towards the end.The classic Bubble waffles are the go-to. Simple and delicious. Add as much powdered sugar as you want. I can't wait til the next time they're at the Times Square business center!

First time this food truck has come to my job. Pretty impressed. The prices seem high, but when i received my food I ate half and was still pretty full. Hopefully they become a regular on the schedule. But my coworker didnt gave a good experience. Sge said her food was burnt and she was missing her bacon from the order. With that being said, only 3 stars this round and hopefully they come back so she can get an opportunity to try again.

I got the deluxe ube bubble waffle again. I was worried because they didn't have any add-your-own condiments this time, but the waffle was still great.I love the sprinkles and the purple and white Pirouline-style cookies! The crunchy ube palmier adds great texture when you eat it together with the waffle and ice cream. The waffle is buttery, crispy, and fluffy. It doesn't really taste like ube, but it doesn't need to. The ube ice cream is some of the best I've had, right up there with Full Tilt. The ube jam still doesn't really add anything, and it would be nice if there were a bit more ice cream.I didn't like Puffle Up's ice cream bubble waffle at all, but I'm glad I took a chance on another one.Puft is kind of hard to find since they don't post where they're going to be (thanks to Metier Brewing for posting a food truck schedule), but if you can catch them, don't miss giving them a try!

I only got the Ube (taro) and Matcha waffles today. Both waffles were really squishy -- that is, the iron was not hot enough. There's no pop, no crisp. Having these as a kid, I loved the crispy bits. The waffles come in white paper containers. This makes sense for any of their more complicated waffles. But for the very basic stuff, a brown paper bag would have been better. Specifically, a brown paper bag with some holes in it to vent out all the hot air and steam. Instead, with the white paper container, all the moisture gets trapped in. Now my squishy waffles have become moist waffles. Nobody wants that. As for the flavor... they were decent. The matcha was on, but the Ube got mixed reviews from my friends. I thought it wasn't taro-y enough, while other people liked it but they also thought it was just plain. Your mileage may vary.Bottom line... I wouldn't come back unless there's already a big line to get that iron red hot.

Delicious ube puff waffle. Coconut notes in the ice cream too. This was a sweet way to try a new flavor and we absolutely loved it. Do yourself a favor and also order a side of Lumpia, essentially Filipino egg rolls. Great food, great service. Thank you!

I can't say I enjoyed the service here. I ordered and ube bubble waffle and was expecting the one with ice cream. I received an ube bible waffle, however it was a plain one with no ice cream or jam. I'm disappointed, but I guess it was partially my fault for not clarifying that I wanted the deluxe ube bubble waffle. On the menu however, the one with ice cream is listed as "Ube Bubble Waffle" and when I ordered that, it apparently meant a plain ube waffle. The cashier wasn't the friendliest and I feel the wait was longer than expected. The waffle wasn't too bad and it was crispy, which is the only reason why I am giving two stars instead of one.

I was super excited when I saw Puft Bubble Waffles outside of the brewery we were at because the menu had ube waffles, lumpia and other Filipino-inspired items. Gotta get my ube on whenever I see it, so made a note to get this dish once we were done beer tasting.Sadly, by the time I ordered, the ube waffles were sold out, including the ube ice cream they served it with. I ended up ordering one of the last remaining items on the menu, the monte cristo bubble waffle. It took FOREVER to get my food. After drinking all day I was hunggggrrryyy, so thought the alcohol was just getting to the best of me and making me impatient. But after 30 minutes I decided to check in and inquire about my order. Straight up - they forgot my order. Uggghhhh. With that said, they gave me free curly fries on the side. Fine. Was it worth the wait? No. It wasn't a bad monte cristo sandwich, and do like that they used their bubble waffles as the bread. But more than anything I was just hungry and needed dinner. If you generally like monte cristo sandwiches, I could see why this may be a good item for you. But personally, it was too sweet to my liking. They gave me a side of syrup to go with, and I didn't use it since I thought the jam in the sandwich and powdered sugar on top made the sandwich too sweet. I think if they had used less jam and more of the ham and cheese, it would've been better, for the jam would've just complemented it. Curly fries were solid. I would like to try Puft again for the ube waffles, which seems to be their shining star here. But the monte cristo was just A-OK for me and certainly not worth waiting a total of 40 minutes for.

I was surprised that no one has reviewed Puft Bubble Waffles yet. Found them located in Central District, hanging around Chuck's Hop Shop, decided to take a look at the menu. If you don't know what a Bubble Waffle is known as an egg waffle that is being severed all around Asia and is lighter then typical western style waffles. They look very similar to large bubble wrap (the popping kind). The owner(s) of the Puft has put their own personal touches to the menu. Mixing East and West flavours. There were such a variety that I wanted to try them all, but had to settle with the Deluxe Ube Bubble Waffle. Ube is a purple yam that is indigenous to the Philippines and is trending hard here in North America. With friendly service and conversations with the staff, we received our bubble waffle covered in whip cream, two large scoops of ube ice cream and a beautiful dusting of ube powder. Did I mention that the waffle also contained ube? It was a purple plethora of ube goodness. Check out the menu on their website. It doesn't seem like they update it often but you should check out the facebook page for locations. https://www.puftwaffles.com/menu/If I find you again Puft, I'm going to try your savory options! Keep up the good work and kudos to your staff!
