Puerto Vallarta - Milton

Esthetic is clean I would rate it at a 5. We got seated right as we walked in, there was only one other person dining in. We got our menus and the server left us. 5 minutes later we were served with chips and salsa no bean dip and the server left after 15 minutes of waiting we waved down one of the servers to take our order and I asked if I could get a bean dip and was told yes. After taking our order she disappeared again and our food got to our table in a reasonable time without the dip I requested. We only got one thing of flour tortillas for our 4 plates. Save your self the worst service experience and drive the extra 5-10 minutes up to Federal Way.They have better service there. Won't be coming back to this establishment.

Superior atmosphere, Excellent and Friendly, Efficient Service and Delicious Mexican Food. Wonderful Margaritas as well! Jonathan was our server. He checked on our Party of Four quite often. We eat here regularly and it is always 5 Star!

It's fine. I don't particularly enjoy the ambiance or the drinks but there have been some enjoyable meals. Not a "go to" for me.

It was cold so I got the tortilla soup. Not many places have good soup these days. It's close to my house so always a go-to for a meal. The carne asada and arroyz con pollo are a great go to and my picky daughter can get non spicy beans rice chicken and tortillas. The servers like Jonathon are attentive and Pablo oversees things and fills an any gaps. I recommend going here and it's always a favorite.

We love this place since it was remodeled. We take our family here and enjoy the ambiance. They always have great music playing and the staff works hard to get things out in a timely manner. The food is 100% better now than it was a few years ago. We were told they have a new cook. If you haven't given them a second chance, do it. :)

When we arrived we were seated promptly. A server came our table and asked if we were ready and we asked them to give us a few minutes. They seemed pretty rude about it. We had ordered some margaritas and we wanted one salted and one with whipped cream, when it came out the salted and whipped cream was all in one and then the server proceeded to blame me and said didn't you want all that and I said no we specifically asked for one with salt and the other one with only whipped cream. She seemed to have an attitude towards us, we really just wanted to add whipped cream to the one that didn't we didn't ask them to remake it. The food was ok. It was all very big portions. I had the chicken mole and it wasn't the typical mole I am used to. It was definitely spicy. We had ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son on the kids menu and it was very hard. The cheese was not very good.Probably the worse thing was when we were leaving they were emptying out their septic tank or something. It was so disgusting and horrible to smell right after eating. I can't imagine anyone having an appetite when smelling that while entering the restaurant.

This used to be our favorite local restaurant for their street tacos. While the tacos are still good, the prices have damn near doubled. And they now charge a 'to go' fee even on their salsa that's kept in a fridge in the lobby literally meant 'to go'. Understand about inflation etc but we won't be back due to the exorbitant pricing.

Not sure what changed. But it was clean, the wait staff was friendly, and the food was great! All 4 of us finished our plates! The margaritas were even strong! Expensive.. but what isn't these days.

I just had lunch there. I ordered Chalupa and Enchilada. Chicken had zero flavor. It had been cooked by boiling. The ends of the chicken breast was gray. No seasoning, no spices. Dry. I ordered sour cream and guacamole. Two tiny scoops in one tiny ramekin. Got my bill. $6.95 for the sour cream and guacamole! $27.85 for one lunch! Music was blasting 80's aerobic music. Terrible.

The food is consistently good. Menu wise, it's a standard Mexican chain restaurant and it has that feel to it. The reason I wanted to write a review is that the service is always excellent. We get the fastest most friendly service. The servers are consistently knowledgeable and very attentive. They give better service than just about anywhere else.
