Went here a couple times, once for a friend's birthday dinner and again for happy hour. Both experiences were good. Happy hour was the most recent visit. Although the restaurant was pretty empty, there want anyone helping us very much. The bar was full so we were put at a table nearby. Anytime we needed anything I'd have to wave someone down because we were not being checked on regularly. Other than the slow service, the happy hour was good! My beer was like $6 and my "quesadilla" was $9. The quesadilla was basically a chopped up burrito, which was interesting but it tasted fine. I probably wouldn't order it again. My friends got margs and tacos which were all pretty good as well. And we got guac and chips to share--they put it in a big abalone shell which is cute! When we got the bill, I looked over everything and they had charged the non happy hour price for somethings, so I had to get that fixed. Overall, it all worked out and both my experiences have been good. I would recommend

Good place to go if you're in a rush and want a taste of Americanized Mexican food. But amazing place for drinks and groups. Our server was great too! Paloma did not taste good. But margarita was better!

This is a tale of 2 visits. 1st visit on Monday was very good. We went for HH, and we arrived at 445. Got 2 quick drinks each before HH ended. I'll never understand ending a HH at 5 pm. Makes no sense. Anyways, we were greeted by Peter, who ended up being our waiter. Peter was by far one of the best waiters we've ever had. Super personable, engaging. Funny. Knowledgeable. Loved him.. we ended up ordering a fish taco off the HH menu-Very tasty. Dinner was very good also. We mentioned Tuesday was our 10 yr wedding anniversary, and to our surprise, he brought out a little dessert treat for us. Great touch. Tale#2. We had dinner reservations somewhere else at 630 but wanted to hit the farmers market, which was right by pueblo. So we thought we'd have a few drinks before dinner since we're right there. The owner greets us, and we sit at the bar. The time is around 4 pm. First, it bothers me walking into a barely occupied restaurant with MULTIPLE unbussed tables. Just a bad look. The owner says, "Crystal" ( I think thats what he said) will be right with you. So we wait, and wait, and wait. The owner is busy bussing the tables he doesn't notice we haven't been helped. There's 2 female servers who go behind the bar multiple times and don't even acknowledge us. They're too busy talking to each other. Weird. Finally, after 15mins I've had enough. We need a drink and we have dinner reservations. We get up and leave. I did mention something to the hostess so the owner was aware he had just lost 2 customers. We are here on vacation and bc of this last experience probably won't be back to Pueblo. Too bad. If you go be sure to ask for Peter.

Such a cute place 2 blocks from PB beach. Nice atmosphere. We arrived for lunch and were immediately taken care of, seated in the cute outdoor area. Hard to choose something from the menu because there were so many yummy choices. We settled on splitting the vegan portobello mushroom tacos and they were sooo good. The service was excellent. Drew is super cute and friendly and was a very efficient and pleasant server.... I think he was running the whole show. The house margaritas were very tasty as well. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 5 went to Pueblo on a Tuesday at around 6:30. We didn't have a reservation but were seated quickly. The inside of the restaurant was nice! They had a large drink menu. I ordered the kick ass mule. It was great. Our app was the shrimp ceviche, really good but would have loved more veggies mixed in. For my entree I ordered the Molcajete bowl. This had carne asada, and shrimp in a flavorful birria type sauce. Really good! The only reason this isn't 5 stars was service was slow. We needed drink refills and didn't get any until we were done with our meals.

A group of about 10 of us came to Pueblo on a Friday evening. The service was alright; our server was attentive but a bit forgetful. Unfortunately, the food was bland--no matter the dish, all of us agreed it lacked flavor. The drinks were slightly better but still just okay.On a positive note, the view and the restaurant itself were very beautiful, which added a nice ambiance to our meal. Also, there was a freelance photographer on site. She took photos of our group without being asked and then tried to charge us for them, disrupting our meal.

Went to Pueblo, walking distance from the VRBO. Modern and airy, upscale casual Mexican restaurant. Street parking seems abundant but this was a Monday evening. The restaurant was airy and open, modern decor. Service was attentive. The guacamole was okay but the chips were well seasoned. The queso was much better, chunky and most importantly cheesy. The beef short was very tender, literally fall off the bone. The corn tortillas served with them were fine, seemed store bought. The octopus was tender as well. The margaritas and sangria were excellent. The prices were on par considering the location and overall a great experience, especially with a larger party.

Absolutely not, don't do it unless you come for 3 things; water, chips and their salsa. I can't tell you how bad the drinks are here to start with, they were extra sweet and watery. We tried to drink them as much as possible because they are not cheap and we are not quitters but could not! They tasted like kids lip gloss, not the smackers brand. The restaurant was decorated Tulum style and it wasn't packed which was nice but now I know why. The ceviche was 3 stars and the only thing worth paying for. The tacos came with rice and beans but I wouldn't recommend it. The meat was dry and not flavorful, this goes for the chicken, asada and shrimp. Lastly we got the esquite, which was heavy on the lime so no other ingredients came through.EDIT; Thank you for your response Mark! Interesting that's all you got from my review when there's others saying some of the same things. As you said you never know where someone's review and or response to that review is coming from. With that being said have a great day!

5/5! Vegetarian here & the portobello tacos were amazing. Good flavor and nice crunch. I also ordered the Tijuana corn (off the cob) and it was the best ever. I added the corn into my tacos, soo good! ;) will be coming back in my next trip to SD. Service was great!
