Came here to watch a soccer game on a Saturday since I had an appointment nearby. This is the PERFECT place to watch a game. Literally pretty much everywhere you sit has a television in view. There is a bar outside with numerous TVs but we opted to go inside. We had their mimosa flight and everything was tasty. Then we had the flatbread and the Kobe sliders. Everything was great!Special shout out to Alex C. who was our server. She was PHENOMENAL, had a great attitude, and was so fast to help not just our table but everyone around us quickly. It's La Jolla so make sure to add in time to find parking. With that said we went midday on a Saturday and there was no seating wait for the restaurant which was great! All in all will definitely be back!

I recently visited this bar while with my girlfriend for dinner, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We decided to sit at the bar, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The bartender was too busy chit-chatting to notice us, and it took him a full 10 minutes before he even acknowledged our presence. We ordered their supposedly famous burgers, but after waiting another 20 minutes, what we got were overcooked, overpriced $25 disappointments. When I told the bartender that I had ordered my burger medium and it was clearly overcooked, he had the audacity to argue with me instead of addressing the issue. His rudeness was beyond belief, and it ruined our entire experience. If you're craving a good burger, steer clear of this place. And if you do end up there, avoid the bar if you see a bartender with a crusty baseball hat and unkempt beard is serving. This place is not worth your time or money.

The House of the $30 Burger...!I truly can't understand why they chose to charge $30 for a burger as if on a beach in Hawaii, but if they did, then why not make it at least eatable?I was looking a this black charcoal mass thinking how do I eat this and why?Why?... cuz I'm paying $30 for it.It was awful *see pics*

For families: the kids menu had about 5 or 6 choices (all well over $10). My kid got the Mac-n-cheese and it's a large serving, I shared it with him. The ceviche was great and it was a large serving. Good value for the money. For my gluten free homies they don't have gluten free buns but can do a letttuce wrap burger. The ambiance is cute - it's an historic home turned into a restaurant so quite unusual. The bar next door looks fun but it's pretty small. The service was why we took a star off, it took forever to get our check.

Laid back spot to enjoy a beer at their outdoor bar to watch a baseball game, chit chat, while music is quietly playing in the background. They don't have a large selection of beers but they do have a variety of kinds of beers to choose from. You can find something to enjoy. Service is good.

The Tuesday burger deals are okay however, I think they should be half priced all the time because they're expensive and nothing special. Our cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were cold. Their wings are huge, super fatty and nothing to write home about. The service was good but that's about it

I recently went to this Dine-In place in La Jolla called, Delirium and I have to say this. When I was walking in the restaurant, the place was very nice, the lady working there attended me very well and walked me to a table outside which walking in tables are ready for the public. As I was outside, It was getting cold and I asked the lady kindly if I can eat inside and she said of course! She had a table ready inside for me quick and I was like omg customer service is phenomenal. The interior was very clean, tables, floor, chairs, which for me I like it when Everything is clean and organized and this place was. She offered right off the bat if I wanted a cup of water and I was like absolutely. As I was looking at the menu she provided, There were tons of food you can order from breakfast to dinner food. I was there probably around 11ish almost 12ish. It is a bit pricey for what I ordered. When I got my food, it came with fresh crunchy tater tots, ketchup and green salsa. The tortilla from the burrito was green which tasted soooo good. I believe the tater tots was a bit over-cooked but when eating it, it was crunch in the beginning then soft at the end. Idk about you but that was the most beautifully tasting tater tots I have ever tried. Overall, The restaurant was decent and deserves recognition amoung the Public. @publichouselajolla

My wife and I were in San Diego, more explicitly La Jolla and the Public House was in walking distance and they had great happy hour specials on Wednesdays. Half off sandwiches and flatbreads. Yes please. We decided to eat outside on a perfect La Jolla day at the restaurant that looked a lot like a house.I ordered an IPA, which was also a couple bucks off for happy hour. Score! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and pepperoni flatbread. They both came out pretty fast, while we enjoyed the beautiful San Diego weather. The sandwich was good size and the flavor was wonderful. The flatbread was good size and not too greasy, I did ask for light cheese, I am not sure if that made it to the kitchen. It was fine though. I had half left over for breakfast in the morning. It was delicious twice! Great place for happy hour in La Jolla!
