Upon entering I wasn't really greeted just made eye contact with. That's okay. I've been on a spring roll kick and wanted to try this place. I placed an order for both kinds of spring rolls which came out being over $15. The spring rolls themselves were very skinny and lacking flavor. The peanut sauce was good. The shrimp looked a little undercooked. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Poor customer service. The worse customer service experience I have experienced since I can remember. This pho was basic chicken broth flavor, bland, unseasoned, and flavorless. Please save your money, go buy some ramen, go boil some water, go prepare your ramen, and avoid the hassle of dealing with bland and tasteless pho at this place. They deserve zero stars.

Went in for dine in service for lunch today with my 5 month old. Was super quiet despite the amount of people which isn't a problem, just odd how quiet it was! Bathroom did not have a changing table which I thought was bizarre so I ended up having to change my baby out near other tables because there was nowhere else to go. May want to look into getting a changing table to keep it sanitary. Food was decent, extremely hot broth and lots of it.

This time we get there at 7:25, the first thing said is 'we close at 8'. Cashier takes about 10 minutes to take our order. Doesn't ask what we'd like to drink just brings us the nasty sink water they give. The food is usually good, but the service 0/0

Wow. Avoid this place at all costs. Something as a simple as spring rolls we're overpriced and there was only lettuce in them. The restaurant itself looked nice to have a 1 star meal. The first red flag should've been reading the reviews.

The two young ladies have always been nice and friendly, customer service & atmosphere would be a 5/5 from my end. I always come here on my cheat days from the gym for some pho however , I got the pork egg rolls this time and they were straight up raw. I thought bacon? The girl said no there's no bacon in the egg roll so I thought okay, they're straight up undercooked. I had shown them to her and she said she'll speak with the "chef". They offered to remake them but at that point the chef couldn't even make an egg roll right so I didn't trust the quality of their food . I asked they give me the tofu egg rolls instead and I was literally just fuming when I opened them up and they were straight up GREASY from how long they kept it in the oil. The "tofu" had a sour cream like texture rubber like lumps ; those similar to low fat cottage cheese. what kind of chef can't even manage egg rolls?
