PT PHO Express

This place is one of the best places for pho in Phoenix. The food portions were really good for the price. The waitress is great at managing her time. She earned her tip!Great service!!!

My family and I go-to pho spot near my parents home. Veggie pork roll are so good. The lemonade as well. We always order over the phone and we haven't had a problem. Quick service.

I stopped by PT PHO for the first time after driving by hundreds of times. I had a taste for orange chicken. There was another Asian restaurant next door that I normally go too but I decided to try their orange chicken this time. The service was great, food came out fast but the portion size was disappointing considering the Asian spot next door gives you way more servings. I also ordered the Spring rolls and if it wasn't for that the stars would have been less. The spring rolls are by far the best I've had on the West side!

Great food!!! The staff is so friendly (: quick service and Mishak definitely made sure everything was good! Loved the broth.

Review 2: To the manager Xavier. Your hard work to build a regular costumer in your restaurant will be in vain if your crew when you take a day off are incompetent. The food have potential but the service sucks when the boss is not around. They don't write down the order which some orders are being reminded again by the costumers because it has been forgotten. No system in receiving guest so the costumer have to remind the crew what they need when they already mentioned it the first time. Example would be the water. There were a lot of flies inside the store. 1 is not even acceptable but 5 is just a questionable number of flies. Is this because the manager was not around? It shows that the crew care less about the restaurant.

Really good pho and wings really enjoyed the Thai tea wonder why there's is almost no one here

The service was very nice. The total cleanliness of the restaurant is good. The food here was ok. I wasn't blown away as far as flavors go. I ordered their PT Pho Burrito. Sorry to say, I didn't care for it. I couldn't even eat it actually. It just didn't work for me I guess. Otherwise everything else we ordered was ok.

Blew us away. Very clean, and the service was incredible. Our waitress was so attentive and was constantly asking us if we needed anything else for the pho. She even brought us to-go cups for our sodas that we didn't finish so we got to keep them. The pho was amazing as well.

Bad Customer Service from a male manager ! The assistant manager was polite and helpful. I will never go back his attitude was so unprofessional. Cooks messed up my Order during my lunch break. I had to go back so they can fix . Never apologize and was self defensive. Horrible experience. He try making me feel bad for there mistake. The young lady was nice she offered a Lemonade.

Perfect place for department lunch, always love the food & fast service. Mishack was great & very attentive.
