The place is very clean and has plenty of parking. The Pho was so tasty. The broth is rich and flavorful. You get a hint of Cinnamon and ginger that warms your belly on a cold, winter day. The broth is rich and so tasty, the noodles perfectly cooked. All ingredients are super fresh too but I would have liked a bit more meat. Egg rolls were fresh and crispy and not greasy with plenty of filling in the roll. All our food was hot, fresh and delicious! Service was welcoming friendly, and attentive.

For a non authentic Vietnamese restaurant this place was not horrible by any means. The pho broth was decent and the portion size was great. I got the combination pho. I will however say the noodles were soggy/mushy which means they were over cooked and not fresh. The egg rolls were good but expensive and again not authentic tasting. But i would still make another visit here if i am craving pho since it is the closest to new river area.The girl working the front counter (who also was the server) was super friendly and attentive. That always makes up for any downside of the meal. Another thing i personally liked was the music. I know a lot of people might not like it (loud vulgar rap) but as a girl born and raised in Houston, that's my style lol. Anyways this is a decent fast food type of day Vietnamese restaurant.

Walked in to a chaotic singlePerson show here. I ordered a soup and sat down after waiting for almost 30 minutes the server brought over a to go. I said I'm sitting here I was at the table already. So he took it back and proceeded to begin to transfer the food into a bowl. At that point I was grossed out and ready to go. I asked for a refund and left. Won't be going back!

Had dinner tonight at PTO Pho tonight.Portions are small, not impressed with pho combo preparation. The potential to serve amazing pho is definitely there, wish the owners/management would properly train all their kitchen staff to properly serve a decent bowl of combo pho. The restaurant is really clean and well kept. My server Kat was very personable, answered my questions and checked on me often. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and while it was good, the fish sauce was a little heavy handed. Still good though and I will be back to check out their other offerings.

PT Pho Express recently opened a new location on 39th Drive in north Glendale near the Good Will. They are a local fast growing Vietnamese casual local restaurant chain. They wait on you here but when you are done you go up to the counter to pay.The people at this location seemed extra nice and friendly.We started out with chicken spring spring rolls that were pretty good and generous in size.We also had the hot and spicy bun bo hue and the chicken curry. Both were good but not like what I'm used to from my regular place.Portions are large. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is easy and close.This is a good place to try if you are in the neighborhood for some healthy food.

Only giving 2 stars because of the service. The pho is not good. I decided to try it because I live around the corner but I will be going out of my way for better pho next time. I don't like to leave a negative review but I had to comment that the broth is flavorless.

We tried this place several times over the last month, but won't be back after tonight.Food was semi-consistent, but service has always been subpar. Have to ask for refills and often need to walk to the counter to do so, since staff is too inattentive to even come by the table. This last visit we ordered waters but I had to remind the server to bring them to us because she prioritized cleaning tables in an empty restaurant over serving paying customers.The music at this location is often far too loud but tonight was deafening. When I pointed this out at checkout after paying, the same server tells us with a snide look on her face "sorry" before smirking at us.Sorry but for this overpriced food with crap service, I'm not gonna add hearing damage to the mix. Rude staff is probably part of why the place was dead empty on a Wednesday night too. Go figure.Hire some people that don't treat your customers like crap and tell the rude witch that Halloween was yesterday and to leave her broom at home next time, assuming she can dislodge it from where she obviously had it stuck this evening.
