Great to have another Vietnamese food option in cave creek area. Food was as expected. We tried their combo pho. The broth was delicious but wasn't hot enough to blanch the bean sprouts. It contained plenty of yummy lean meat. We also ordered the lemon grass chicken dish. It was slightly on the sweeter side and didn't taste much of lemon grass flavor. It also came out with very few pieces of chicken. The pork sandwich was as expected. The service was excellent. It was full sit down service and our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Also, the dining room was very clean and welcoming with comfy booths. Enjoy!

I have been waiting for PT Pho to open. I saw the grand opening sign and made a beeline for the restaurant.I got out of my car, did a Yelp check in (I've been known to forget!) and walked towards the door. A staff member was at the door and greeted me. He also blocked the entry. I asked if they were open for lunch. I thought they were already open for business. He told me they would be open on Friday. Well drat! It's hard when you have your mouth ready for Vietnamese food. We'll try on another day. They do get 5 stars for being friendly and nice. I will give an update once we visit.

First off, the upside: the folks who work there are awesome and our waiter was great. However, no amount of excellent service can overcome mediocre food. It seems to me that it would be difficult to make an average-at-best Pho, however this chain seems to be able to pull it off. The chicken in my Pho had the flavor and texture of cardboard, and the tofu in my wife's vermicelli was dry and yet overly oily. Both ingredients were almost certainly prepared well in advance of our meals. My advice to this chain would be to honor the excellent crew you've hired by providing them with the means to make excellent food.

Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Food was interesting. Ordered the chicken pho. Nice and hot and fresh sides but the White meat was Very dry and thinly sliced. Dark meat spring rolls? The chicken spring rolls were made from dark meat and the Banh Mi chicken sandwich was dry and made from dark meat. Why do you guys use dark meat?

I will be back next time I'm in town. I've already been here twice on this trip. I had the veggie pho with veggie broth. Sooooo good!! Fast service, large portions, and very attentive accommodating staff.

Food is not good! Takes way too long to receive order! Way overpriced for the amount you receive! Very smelly and dark inside! Heard they were closing, I believe that's a great choice for them!

I will say that the kid who helped us was very friendly. Other than that it was a waste of a trip. No decor, no ambience, nothing to suggest anything other than an empty shell in a commercial center. Not sure if it was an owner or manager, but a woman was sitting in the only Occupied booth on her laptop. Holding some form of a speakerphone call. Just odd. Food was bad. Condiments, utensils, and other restaurant equipment and supplies were just left out in the area of the customers. There's also a large chiller apparently meant to hold canned drinks, or something, which was basically empty. Again, the place appeared like it was ready to die.

Food tasted good. The Vegetarian lemongrass chicken with rice was quite tasty but unfortunately it had no basil. Chicken pho could do with more flavors but overall they are using good quality rice and tastier food than many other restaurants.

Worst Pho ever. This was the first time I've been here and I'm not going back. I only went because I didn't feel like driving all the way to our regular spot in Glendale. If you like drinking tap water with yellow coloring, this is the place for you! The most flavor I got from the broth was the hint of lime I added. I also requested and paid for extra broth and now I'm struggling with what PT Pho's "extra" means. Because I'm pretty sure I got a whole 12-14oz only. That might seem like a lot to some people, but if you truly enjoy pho, you should always get extra broth. Save your money. Giving it two stars because the workers seemed pretty nice.
