We went in to get take out and waited about 20 minutes for our food to be ready, we drove home and I open the lid of my soup to see a dead bug on the inside of the lid ‼ we drove 30 min to get there or else I'd be back in to get a refund, ridiculous, save your money and eat somewhere cleaner

Food 3/5: pho broth is on the basic/bland and sweeter side. Disappointed the brisket was cooked already so it was tough. Steak pieces were half fat pieces. Bun Bo is too bland. I love this location...Tastes like they love their jobs thanks so so much everyone who works here for their hard work for lazy bones like me...I appreciate you all upholding cleanliness and food integrity it means a lot to eat and not get sick from lack of care and compassion for what you do. It's why we keep coming back again and again as if we'd never been here before. Acting like we don't already know what's on the menu, and being choosey. It means a lot to smell the food as we walk into the doors and seeing happy families eating and enjoying themselves. It means a lot to sit next to someone also waiting on their pickup order and hold back salvation waiting on yours. Just a thanks.

Spring rolls are super crispy and delicious with the fish sauce (if you're feeling bougie go ahead and order the peanut and chili sauces too). I prefer the beef vermicelli way waaayy more than the pork one- the first time I ordered pork and the meat had a really strange smell and it was mostly the fatty parts so I had to throw it away. The beef was seasoned nicely and didn't traumatize me. Bowl also comes with noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, a small bunch of greens, and sprinkles of peanuts. The greens tasted a little bitter so I ended up not really mixing them in with the rest.

So the bread was burnt and not fresh. It was a really messy bahnmi. The chicken from this sandwich and the fried rice taste like it was precooked. The fried rice taste and smelled like straight fish sauce. Won't be coming back here. Side note the pate in the bahnmi was yummy. It took over 30 mins for this order to be done, ordered Togo over the phone

The food was underwhelming; cooked well but not seasoned enough. The shrimps still had skin, which had me consistently picking it out of my mouth. I will say their Berry Smoothie drink was amazing. The ambiance was not something to write home about, sure the music was good and calming, but there was no eye catching decorum whatsoever. Not worth the $50 me and my SO paid.

Zero stars. They treated us like animals. I wish I was kidding. 6 minutes waiting in line while the lady talked to these people in front of us about college and being a nurse or whatever. Then they finally gave us our food so we sat at a table to attempt to eat but told us it was cold and raw and we had to eat it at home and cook it ourselves?!?!? What the actual hell.
