Had a Build your own bowl here with chicken, cauliflower rice, and some veggies and it was really good! Love how the sauce comes on the side so you can add as much or as little as you want. In my opinion, the portion size was very good, I didn't even finish it because it was pretty large. I also had the skinny Cookies & Cream latte with almond milk, this was really good! So surprised it was sugar free, overall great experience. The girl taking our order was very nice and helpful! Perfect place for when you don't want to cook but you still need to track your calories and macros :)

I was excited to try ProteinHouse. I love their options. The menu includes all the nutritional data like calories and macros. I personally like that it is easy to order vegan too. What I did not like was the service, prices, and frankly, the food. Service: Slow to acknowledge you. Did not call out orders. We sat there for several long minutes, like what is going on? I go up and they had the order in a to-go bag waiting to be picked up? So everything was packaged to-go...Even when I tried to get a cup they were too busy socializing with their friends instead of paying customers... They even got our order wrong. We paid an extra $1 x 2 for air fries but got sweet potato instead, which was not an upcharge.The food v price. I expect bigger portion sizes for these prices. My salad was okay... it could've easily done with 2x more the dressing, the burritos are small, Impossible burger was fine but again, needs fries. The Vegan Pancakes, they looked amazing. They tasted... interesting. I'm not sure if I was tasting too much baking soda, baking powder, or too much protein powder? Either way we doused it with maple syrup.Disappointed because I really like the idea behind ProteinHouse. I would love to see all restaurants have the nutrition out there for patrons to easily see. I may, possible come back to try their smoothies or acai bowls.

I have been to the Protein House in Gilbert before and loved it. I always get the Super Bird Omelette with a side of fruit. At both places it was the same which is good! I have been to other restaurants where I order the exact same thing at one location and it varies for another location. I came here with a GF after our workout on Sunday around 11. They had a lot of seating open. It was clean. The employees were very friendly and answered all our questions. They also let us know that they will be getting some new items on the menu soon. And I also learned they have an App you can downloads for rewards :)

My kids loved their food. We had the peanut butter milk shake as well, and it too was really tasty. The coffee was decent but it's not Starbucks.BTW the Upside Ap has a 6% discount for this place.

the food is always good thats why I keep coming back. The place is clean and nice inside. However, service is not their best attribute. I called an order in over the phone at 3:05 (quoted 30 minutes) and waited in the car for about 20 minutes before going in to pay. When I went in they could not find my order. The manager came up and could not find it either. I let them know the time I called and my order, and another employee said he remembered talking to me and what I ordered. Apparently, my order was taken but somehow was not put in so the kitchen. Now at 3:25, 20 minutes after placing my "first order," I am quoted 20 more minutes. It happens and I get that, but the customer service aspect was subpar. There was no mention of "I am so sorry." The manager rang my food up and that was it.
