This spot is a Class act from the get go! We were in Woodinville for Business. Needless to say the Best business we did while in town was stop by this wonderful spot tucked away in a strip mall. Hard to get wines with great prices, Beautiful cigar selection without gouging consumers. The person running the shop when we stopped by Wednesday August 30 about 1pm Was on point. Put me in a shop full of Knowledgeable people and Fantastic products and I really am in my Happy Place. We need a new reason to Visit Woodinville due to Proper & Ernest. (P. S. I handle the SM and Marketing for Samantha Ferraro). and WE will be back for a GREAT Mescal a chat with the owner and a premium not overpriced cigar. They also do Tastings, Priceless. See you soon.

We were visiting from out of town (Las Vegas) and we came here to get a bottle of liquor for the weekend. The selection here is great and prices are reasonable for a liquor store out of a large market. The only thing we weren't a fan of was our experience with the one employee working here. He was on the phone and having a shouting match with someone (unknown if a customer) for a majority of the time we were in the store. When he helped other customers, he got the job done but did not go above and beyond for anything and he was not personable at all. This is a good store to come to though.

If you're looking for a good bottle, this place has you covered. Friendly staff, good selection. Good barrel picks of whisky, and a cool environment to hang out and nerd out about booze. Picked up a hard-to-find bottle that I was on the lookout for. The prices are pretty standard for a Seattle-area booze boutique. If you want a cake, go to Costco. If you want a good selection, knowledgeable staff, and don't mind paying a bit more for it, this place is going to be your jam.

Love this store! Great selection of nice bourbons. Easy to find parking. A little pricey, but I don't mind since it is not a chain store. Shop local!

Stopped by today for a crapshoot chance of finding an Elijah Craig Barrel Proof that's been almost non-existent at several Total Wines and amazingly found one left as well as some others rarities I didn't think I'd encounter such as E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof & Lagavulin 12 y.o. Cask Strength. I even heard the owner talking to another guest about several vintages of Quilceda Creek Cabernets they had on the shelf which was a unicorn wine I gave up searching for years ago when I was more into wine. So this place definitely does have some rare bottles for several categories of alcohol.When I was ready to check out with my Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C919, the owner was kind enough to even inform me he had a stash of A120s and opened a box just to inform me of an alternative option. Talk about going the extra mile for a customer!The owner was very cordial and gave me space to browse at my own pace while also offering information on various bottles he had, has, and potentially will have. The store also was immaculate and well designed with a white oak theme. It was easy to spot top shelf bottles as they were literally located on the top shelf. There was ample space to comfortably walk down the aisles in the store.This is my first Yelp review as I was so impressed by my experience in the store. I definitely recommend visiting this place if you are looking for some rare bottles.

I was at a friend's wedding in the area, and my search of local liquor stores left me cold, until I found this place. The selection of the other liquor stores was sorely lacking. This place doesn't look very large from the outside, but it's very packed inside. It had everything I was looking for, things I didn't know I wanted, and was super-well organized. It's got a flow to it that made it quite easy to find what I was looking for.The guy at the front counter knew his stuff, answered all my questions handily, asked some in return, and was very helpful and pleasant.I agree with the other reviews. The name is fitting. This is a proper liquor store.

There's not a single thing I can say this place doesn't offer. Really cool environment really great ownership and awesome selection. Highly recommend checking it out! It's great to support local businesses, of course but I think the prices are fair for the rare and extensive selection.

Comes across as a nice little liquor store, I bought liquor here in the past. However, now beware the tiny but rather heavy steel-framed toddler chair that the owner placed right in the middle of the pathway - this is not safe. The chair is so tiny you will not see it if you walk along the pathway while looking at wine shelves. So, when I bumped into it, it was a total surprise, and hurt a lot - I nearly fell over it. So, just watch out for physical safety at this place. That is not to mention that it is not entirely clear why toddlers would be brought to a liquor store and accommodated there.

This specialty liquor store has a lot of alcohol that stores like Costco and BevMo will never carry. I pick up a Jamaican rum called Bacoo here. Proprietor is very knowledgeable across a wide range of tastes and the prices are also wide ranging, so you don't have to break the bank to get something unusual.
