Manny was our server. It was a birthday brunch. The view was absolutely beautiful and the service was even better.Really great mimosas with hand, squeeze, orange juice, and the best sticky buns around. Coffee is divine Perfect brunch

5 stars because our server was so awesome! Don't recall his name but he was our server at 5:30pm on 2/9. Our server was the best we had in very long. Seems like haven't had excellent customer service like this in a long time.Food was great too! I had like 3 cups of earl grey and delicious Proof hamburger. Beautiful views and great place to relax. We did an early Valentine's dinner here.

Very much enjoyed our evening at Proof: lovely space, both inside and out, with terrific views, and solid, friendly service.Highly recommend starting as our table of 3 did, with:- Proof Knots (house made pretzel, spicy cheese sauce)--that sauce is addictive!- Chips Guacamole & Salsa (blue corn tortilla chips, charred molcajete salsa, jalapeno & cilantro guacamole)--salsa was smoky and spicy and the guac was creamy and delicious!- Queso Fundido (oaxaca cheese, pepperjack, cotija cheese, apple jalapeno jam, blue corn tortilla chips)--what's better than melty cheese?- Nico's Tuna Tostada (mango leche de tigre, tuna, sesame togarashi vinaigrette, quinoa pop, fresno peppers, baby tomato)--fresh and oh-so-flavorful...could have had a few more plates of this!We then shared the Smoker Trio (smoked pulled pork, sherry maple glazed pork belly, apple gouda sausage), which was good, but didn't have the pizzazz of the starters. If I'd known about the desserts on offer, I would've saved more room--specifically the s'mores sundae with marshmallow ice cream...if only I didn't live so far away!

We just went for an after dinner dessert. We got two desserts and two coffee. The smoked cheesecake had a wannabe impressive presentation with smoking little ritual on our table. It was kind of fun though the smoking gave to the cake a burnt plastic smell and taste (we couldn't finish). The apple pie was okay but not outstanding as we expected from a four season restaurant and the price of $60. Service and ambiance were overall good.

A bit pricey although the eggs were cooked to perfection the potato cake .. fast service temperature !! ok . gripe! Missing ingredients in my omelette. Not cool for the price. They should do better ..

VEGAN REVIEW Had breakfast, lunch & dinner here during my 3 night stay. A few options each meal. Breakfast: Avocado toast was good but small (compared to my omni dining companion's meal) & oatmeal was fine, nothing special. Tasty espresso drinks with multiple non dairy milk options Lunch: Grains & greens goddess was a solid option. Chopped salad (omit cheese)... tasty but not chopped Dinner: Taco Tuesday the chef made adjustments to the veggie tacos so they would be vegan. Side of rice & beans were yum. Really good guac & housemade chips Great cocktails. Attentive service. Great ambiance. Misters outside kept us comfy even in 100°+ Go for sunset!

Ordered the chicken and waffles that comes with fries. I asked if I could get the sweet potatoes instead of regular fries and was notified it would be an up charge. Ok no big deal that's fine. The chicken came out dried and the batter had been almost burnt. Waffles were really good. Check comes and I was charged $10 for the sweet potato fries which is the cost of a stand alone side. So it was not an up charge but just paying for a completely different side while not getting the side that comes with your meal.

Proof is located in the Four Season's North Scottsdale Resort and is the more 'casual' of the restaurants on it's property. That being said, it's still at the Four Season's and is still a nice restaurant where service is top notch and the food is also. There is a lot to love about Proof. I will begin with all of the things that I love and the first is being the staff. The hostess, Alexa, is lovely and always greets you with a smile. I watched her speaking arabic one evening with a group in front of us and was amazed. I love that no one points at the Four Season's when directing you. It's the little things you notice when you travel frequently and believe that you have had impeccable service and then you travel to a place like the Four Season's and see the things that they and their employees do that sets them apart. ALL of the staff here is amazing, and if they aren't, you don't usually see them again. Our favorite server is Corey and we usually ask for him to serve us when we make a reservation. Jackie makes THE best French 75 I have ever had; I didn't know what she made it with until I was dining one evening next door at Talavera and asked if I could have the same French 75 and Jackie brought it to me! She then explained to me that the gin was 'Empress' and it gave it a pink color! I ask for Jackie's 75 every time we go to Proof now! Actually Corey, Alexa and Jackie know I want it and ask! Again, Four Season's and it's employees are special! We also love Autumn, Sam, MJ and recently Chef Yudith made a wonderful cake for my husband's birthday that I pre planned prior to a big group dining here in celebration of his birthday. It was amazing! The menu is changed with the season. My favorite is the salmon. I have never had it be the same twice and my favorite was a way that it was made last fall with a corn puree ..but NO way has disappointed me. Recently a Chicken and Waffle dish was added for this fall season and it is also amazing. There are Smoker Specials added frequently, as well. There are Taco Nights; Bourbon Tastings at times and always fun little specials going on for the holidays. The views from Proof and it's patio of the surrounding mountains are some of the best in the area. The dessert here .. you can't go wrong. There is a breakfast menu also changes with the seasons too and has always been amazing; there are no reservations taken for breakfast and it can get busy. The coffees are always great and the juices are fresh pressed! Proof and it's staff has always taken great care of my allergens and have them as part of my profile and unlike other places that I frequent, I don't have to continually tell them or make a big deal about them, it is just in their system and it is a known thing. I appreciate that so much. Truly Proof has become one our favorite 'go to' places and celebration places too! Incredible in every way.. from the staff; the service; the food; the wine and the cocktails.. and the views. But what is not to love when it is at the Four Season's !?!PS.. Complimentary Valet Parking when you dine or stay.. Just tip your friendly valet!

Another great experience. I've been here a couple of times and have always been impressed. To their classic margaritas to their guacamole with salsa appetizer, their beet horchata is amazing especially if you love vegetables. Their tortilla soup is cream based and comes with 3 shredded chicken taquitos and their burger is pretty good( as rated by hubby). Their lemon meringue cheesecake is probably one of the best. Reservations is a must for dinner but for lunch not necessary. Service is always quick and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Kid friendly

We went here for brunch. The food was fresh and delicious. Our server Amy was very attentive and provided excellent service!
