Project 9 just started doing coffee!! This is the BEST mocha I have ever had! I've always complained about overly sweet mochas and this is the first mocha where it was a nice hint of chocolate and not overwhelming sweetness. I think they serve coffee from 8am - 1pm and they also have little pastries. I love it!! Been great to go for a nice neighborhood walk with the dog and have a place to take a slow morning. They have great IPAs (a true Seattleite here) and the Sammich food truck is delicious. What a great add to the Maple Leaf neighborhood!

Great brewery in lake city area with some very fun seltzer cocktails and a little coffee shop in the mornings! Service is very efficient and knowledgeable about all of their offerings. Also appears to have a local celebrity cat, which was a pleasant surprise!

I'm not much of a beer person but my partner liked the German-style Pilsner that Project 9 makes (??/5 stars), and we enjoyed the vibes (5/5 stars)! Monday night is trivia night and the whole place was packed from about 7:15-9:15pm, but we managed to find some seats in the tent (where the audio from the competition was much more quiet). They let us sample the house-made seltzer cocktails (3/5 stars) which were great but had strong artificial flavors (especially the imitation coconut in the key lime cocktail).

Really fun addition to the neighborhood! There is so much seating both indoors and outdoors for all size groups. The upstairs loft area even has free arcade games and board games for the kids. There's even TVs to watch sports and events. Beer menu was average in count. Cant say I loved my beer - similar to other reviews, they're behind on the taste and quality of other renown local brewers but I believe the spot will get there. Def will come back to try a flight and get a deeper perspective. Merch is available. Daily food truck. Parking is limited to only the neighborhood streets so it could feel cumbersome with the busy traffic and circling around.

I have been wanting to visit these guys for a while. I saw a beer get dropped off or picked up at a bottle shop. Since then I have been planning a trip. I was really excited about the trip we made. The location is amazing. The beer is just as great as I imagined. These guys are going to make some waves in the beer game in Seattle. They are bringing some heat and have some cool can art. I am a huge fan and am already planning my return trip.

Made it to Project 9 Brewing this past weekend and I can say with a fair amount of confidence that it's Seattle's newest brewery but this title shifts quite often. It is fairly popular too as there were lots of people there, their cans of beer were sold out and certain beer selections were sold out as well. But I am not so sure if there is a certain ace in the hole for a particular beer because I left with the impression that no matter what you choose to drink it will be good.I had two different beers here, a lager and a pilsner. Mullet Over was my first beer selection which was the lager which was clean and light. A craft beer version of what you associate with Coors to have. And I have to say the craft beer versions obviously and always impress me more. A total crushable beer. The next beer was the pilsner, the Tropical Pils in which I associate the name due to it's floral and juicy flavor characteristics. Another very crushable beer and very light in which you can have a few of or like how some people do and make it a slow burn through the day with it. Very good brewery addition to Seattle!

The perfect summer hangout spot! Came here on a beautiful day and we were lucky to get a table since it was really busy. We got a flight of five (Ooey Gooey, Go Growlers, Mullet Over, Tasty Waves, and Locust cider). We felt adventurous and ordered the PB&J Sour (Ooey Gooey) but weren't really a fan. The staff was really nice and gave us great recommendations, and it was just such a chill and fun place!

Great selection of beers and in particular have a nice lighter beers , IPAS, and sours. They have a few non alcoholic options as well (including spindrift) which is great. You can bring your own food or hit up the Sammich Food Truck. On Fridays they usually have the Tummy Yummy food truck which we like. Very kid friendly and dog friendly as well. Unisex restrooms, nice water station. Lots of seating both indoors and out

Came here to support a fundraiser for a nearby school. This place is super cute! I love that it's dog and kid-friendly, which is pretty uncommon for a brewery. We only had the mango sour, so I can't say much about the beer, but I thought the mango sour was good! I definitely want to come here again to try their other drinks!

We really like this place and the beer but the people at the bar always seem kind of cranky - talking about various guests, making comments about people not seeing the signage about the line or other under-the-breath comments about guests, giving the hairy eyeball to larger parties that are being perfectly respectful, etc. There is A LOT of new signage about children and dogs. Very detailed about being in arm's length of kids, no running, no balls, needing supervision, staying out of certain areas, etc etc...very specific and long lists...and a little overboard to the point of being off-putting. Feels like this should be a family friendly place with just a few basic rules posted in one central place, or just make it 21+ if kids are that bothersome. The signs everywhere make you feel less welcome if you have kids, even with well behaved kids. I get being respectful and watching your children, but the signs everywhere feel like a little too much and would make me hesitate bringing children here even though claiming to be "family friendly."
