Came here right after some kbbq. Spot is cute has a good amount of seatings. Two kiosks by the left to place orders if the cashier is occupied. A good amount of drinks to order from, & I decided to get the blueberry midnight because it sounded delicious. Got it because it had no caffeine & added light ice and 30% sugar. Perfect amount of sweetness for me. Love how it already came with fresh fruits and jelly's. For the price and the size it's worth it. Def. Would come back to any presotea locations for their drinks. The ladies who had to take my group of friends order worked pretty quick too.

Came here after eating KBBQ. The outside didn't look promising but the interior was bright and modern. It looked much better than we expected. There were several self serve kiosks located around the inside. This is nice if you don't want to be social or if you have bad memory while ordering because they have multiple options. How sweet, what toppings, light ice, and notes for the person making it. You can also order at the front. The negative I'd say is that there's only one size option so if you have a kid or someone who doesn't drink much-- they should probably share with someone. Guarantee they won't finish it. The boba pearls in my opinion, is on the smaller size. These are mini pearls! It's nice that they have dairy free options as well and offer alternative milk too. Their sweetness level choices are interesting. 30% is the least amount and the highest is 120% sweetness. I ordered the Hojicha Milk Tea with pearls, light ice, 70% sweet. I would say this was more like 50% sweet but it was still tasty. It wasn't super warm which was surprising since I ordered light ice. The boba was cooked perfectly although it wasn't very sweetened (not brown sugar boba? Or super light). The slushees were ordered by my cousins who enjoyed them! This isn't the BEST boba shop, but if you crave it or want something refreshing in the area. It's a good spot to go to.

This place has gone downhills since it opened, it used to be really good. I decided to give it one last shot and I ordered a White Peach Milk Tea, instant regret. It was watery, bitter, and barely had any flavor. I asked the girl behind the counter to fix it to be sweeter with more peach flavor (idk if it used syrup or tea). She asked me if I wanted more creamer... I said, "No, it tastes bland and bitter so I'd like it more sweet with more of whatever gives it the peachy flavor." She said OK and remade the drink. It was more watery, and LESS SWEET. I just gave up, she could've just put more sugar in my existing drink but she decided to go and remake it worse! I just wanted out at that point so I thanked her. She didn't even look up, so I left with my nasty watered down remake.

Came here after a long day at the safari park.Ordered 2 Thai milk tea w/ black pearl boba and 1 taro milk tea w/ black pearl boba. All 3 drinks were 50% sweetness and regular ice.Thai milk tea: a little bit watery (could be due to the 50% sweetness) but also the Thai flavor was a bit lacking.Taro milk tea: similar to the Thai milk tea, it seemed like the actual flavor could've been more pronounced.Prices were OK, about $21 for all 3 drinks. The signage helped to describe the different drinks. Not too many people inside when we're there so got our drinks fast.

Had kbbq and wanted to get some boba so came here. It's n in the same plaza as Kangnam bbq. Has a few tables so can enjoy boba inside. There's kiosks for ordering but you can also order at the counter. I got the panda milk tea with the black and crystal bobas. The bobas had a good flavor and chewy!! You can also taste the tea whereas some places you can't. Got 70% and the sweetness was perfect. My bf got strawberry coconut crème smoothie and he liked it. It's good and very refreshing. Wish it had more stronger strawberry flavor cuz I love strong flavors.

One thing is for sure Presotea never ever disappoints me! We are constantly and continuously ordering teas to be delivered. My favorite from their large lineup is the passion fruit green tea. I always order it with the mango popping boba and light ice. Since the boba is really sweet, I only get my tea sweetened to 50%. They have always delivered a truly outstanding tea. I actually ask everyone in my house if they want a tea just so I can justify placing an order. It's uncool if I only order one tea to be delivered. Lol!Love the tea! Thank you!

The power was out in our neighborhood and our local boba place was closed. We were craving boba....so we ventured out and came in to Presotea. We've been here a few times. The drinks are good and staff are nice, from the little interaction we had (we ordered from the kiosk). We got the Mangonada and the Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée! Both equally delicious. Service was really quick a den we got our drinks in less than a few mins.

My usual go-to is their roasted oolong milk tea, 30% sugar, but today we wanted to try new flavors. Ordered the wintermelon puree hojicha milk tea and peach oolong tea, both 30% sugar, less ice. The hojicha sweetness was perfect, the wintermelon puree was ok, but didn't get too much wintermelon flavor. The peach oolong tea turned out too bland. Next time would try 50% sugar. Parking-plentyOrdering- very convenient. They have 3 kiosks you can use.wait time- pretty quick, under 5 minutes

Came here on a Saturday and luckily I walked in right before a crowd showed up. The drinks are good. My daughter likes this boba place in Pacific Beach so of course I had to get her one. This location is much closer to us which is a plus. Unfortunately, the employee that was taking the orders was not very helpful or friendly. She probably should've switched with the girl who handed me my drinks because she was very happy and smiling. This was my first time here and I may hesitate to come back because of the customer service.

Can only comment on my lychee flavored green tea with coconut jelly. It was wonderful, not bitter but I could still taste the tea. It was just a tad too sweet even with a 70% sweetness modification. Came here to meet with a friend. We each ordered at one of the four kiosks, paid with my CC, scanned the QR code to see how many people were waiting for their drinks ahead of me, and got my drink quickly. The barista didn't say much other than call out my name when the drink was ready so don't expect to have much contact with the staff. We sat at a table but the sound of the blenders made it difficult to talk over one another. Maybe management would consider getting those acrylic hoods to put over the high-powered blenders like Jamba Juice uses to dampen the noise. If all of the tables inside were occupied it would be a little cramped but fortunately it wasn't a full house when we went there. Plenty of non-dairy options and options made with a (non-dairy) creamer. For visual learners, posted pictures made ordering drinks easier. I appreciated the various flavored tea options and many topping choices (each were $0.85) as well as the ability to easily customize sweetness and ice levels.Parking is pretty easy and the shop is conveniently located off the freeway.
