Preserve and Gather

I have so many good things to say about Preserve and Gather!!!! First, the space is nice and open - I have been able to meet coworkers here, bring family to hang out, and haven't had an issue finding a spot to sit. The food and coffee are just amazing. I have tried quite a few different pastries and plates, each being amazing. My favorites have been the Ham & Jam biscuit (which is super unique!!) and the peanut butter and chocolate oat bar. I take anyone and everyone I know here to try their goodies whenever they are in town!

Excellent strong, well made coffee . It's reasonably priced and a bright open space with lots of seating. They use fulcrum coffee and have a lot of freshly baked pastries which loom like they are made in house. Will come back for coffee and to try some of their cakes , scones and pastries. Be aware the interior is a little sparse, plants need some care . It's great to meet someone to catch up but doesn't look like a good place to work/ study. Can get loud as well.

We love this place. Every time my family comes to Seattle to visit us they insist on making a stop here. Best bakery in the world!

Great snacks, but coffee wasn't great.I came by here to meet a friend, and I absolutely love how there's ample street parking! The inside was very cute, with proper tables as well as little stools, and it looked like the perfect place for remote work or a good book. The staff was super friendly and helped suggest some snacks based on what I was feeling that day.I decided to get the mocha and the strawberry shortbread jam bar. I'll start with the bar - absolutely incredible. It was just the right amount of sweet, and a little sticky without sticking to my teeth. Each bite was also pretty filling, and it ended up being the perfect midday option! The mocha, unfortunately, was really bitter and not chocolatey at all. Even after adding a couple of sweetener packets, it was just not great and I ended up throwing half of it away.Overall, I'd definitely swing by for their baked goods again, but I think I'll get my coffee elsewhere.

I love the authenticity of this cafe. Biscuits are always flakey and flavorsome. Coffee is the best around. Mocha with a marshmallow on top is my personal fav. The crew behind the bar is super cool, always slinging out the best drinks and food!

Came here on a Sunday morning with a friend who raves about their sweet cream scones. I tried the ham and jam biscuit and enjoyed the combination of flavors, even though I typically find biscuits a little dry. The space was busy but ordering was efficient, and prices feel a little high but the pastries seem quality.

Absolutely love this spot! The food is always unique and a perfect bite to start the day. The staff clearly enjoy what they do as they are always kind and happy to chat through their favorites or make suggestions. On weekends it'll be busy but the open space and large windows make it feel open and spacious while the sounds of the kitchen and customers reading at tables make it feel cozy.

Can't thank Marie B enough for offering to let me check out Preserve and Gather! For the ride to Coffeeholic and my appointment after thank you my friend!! Especially when she stayed in the car while I ordered from their window. Looking forward to when they allow dining inside again. What a wonderful space. The variety of baked goods made it difficult for me to decide what to try. The salad and other entrees sounded delicious. Picked up a couple of the ginger oear scones, a delicata squash hand pie and fig bar along with a jar of their chai pear butter. Wasn't on their jam /butter list but was an option to but on one of their sweet cream biscuits so I asked if I could buy a jar. And they said yes ! Definitely will be back once I figure the bus route for sure!

Such a cute neighborhood coffee shop with friendly staff and very quick service! light and airy ambience with good coffee. All of their baked goods looked delicious as well - they're apparently known for their ham and jam biscuits but we got that and the meat pies and personally liked the meat pie better!

Great service, horrible coffee. I got a cappuccino yesterday (4/6/2024) and the coffee was super burnt and bitter, completely undrinkable? It was bizarre and tasted like poison. My mom's matcha latte was awesome but it was frustrating as I wasted money and had to get coffee elsewhere. Looks like they need to work on their consistency.
