This is an amazing hidden gem. For some of us dazzled by La Catedral's allure, this place located at 2459 S Homan Ave. in Little Village, sometimes called Antojitos Pozolería, or Pozolería y Antojitos Martha or María; this place is an equal if not better alternative to La Catedral's eternal wait list. Their vecina and egg dishes are delicious. It may not look like it is an amazing eatery, but it is. The service is friendly and attentive and the food is awesome. I want to return for my next Mexican breakfast craving and my next pozole craving.

This restaurant has so many good options, this was my 3rd time eating there. I recommend the Flautas with chicken (not pictured) they are a very decent size and come with plenty of lettuce, cream and salsa. Their Quesabirra tacos are so good definitely recommend those, ask for extra cheese! Their Chilaquiles were yummy, nothing too special about that dish but still a good breakfast. Horchata is my favorite drink to get here. This place is perfect for takeout.

This place is great, nothing ritzy or glam about it but the food is awesome! The foods seasoned just perfectly! My husbands fav is their chicken caldo and I prefer the chicken green pozole! And their hand made tortillas are perfectly made. Their prices are extremely reasonable, the staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Street parking is a bit challenging but overall it's worth it.
