Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I've come here multiple times and have catered many events using this store. After tonight I will never give them my business again.I arrived at the Potbelly's about 9:40pm to order some sandwiches. When I was walking up to the store I could see all the employees hiding in the back kitchen watching to see if I was going to go in. When they saw that I was entering the store the guy working started to yell and punch the wall. I immediately could tell they did not want to work or help any more customers. I still walked in and got the guy's name. He said his name was Carson, who knows if that's really his name. I decided that I didn't want to force this guy to do his job which he's getting paid for so I left. Plus, who knows what he would have done to my food. Judging by the way he reacted to helping a customer I didn't want to risk him messing with my food. I will not go back to this location. He was working with two other girls tonight 6/29/23. Hopefully management sees this.

It was my first time at Potbelly and let's just say I'm a fan. A friend was telling me about the veggie melt and how much she loved it so I had to give it a try. When you order the veggie melt make sure you add hot peppers. I took off the avocado and got it on wheat bread. Bruh wow lol, I want it now just thinking about it. Either the veggie melt was delicious or I was starving? Who knows. I will be returning faithfully. The service was great and I was in and out. Easy five-star review for Potbelly honey!

Really good sandwich but a little over priced. There are time recently where they have been out of various times but they always seem to get them back quickly. We host our JH boys small group here on Wednesdays and it is a great place for that. The staff is super nice and the food comes out quickly. The music can be loud sometimes and not conducive for good conversation but a large group jh boys fit in perfectly.

I've been going to Potbelly for years, at multiple locations, ever since they entered the Houston market. Never had a problem until now, but I am amazed with their customer support. Placed a decent sized order using their app, and noticed there were some missing items when I arrived home. Contacted online support to voice my displeasure, and was contacted immediately by a real live person that resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Glad to know their customer support is as good as the food!

This is my second time coming here for lunch. I love the staff. They are very kind and the service is wonderful. Definitely give the tuna lettuce which a try! I also love their fries. They are super crispy!

The food was very good, although I ordered the original pizza melt on white with everything on it, when I asked for everything on it the guy making the sandwich put EVERYTHING on it including lettuce, mayo, peppers, pickles etc. on a PIZZA sandwich. I just meant everything that was on the sandwich in the first place. He did remake the sandwich for me, but even after he Remade the food for me it still took a very long time and the guy behind me got his food before me.

Ok sandwiches nothing spectacular. I've tried these place a few times. It's either hit or miss.

Decent little sandwiches for the money, regular size is a good portion, ingredients are ok, wide variety of choices but the bread isn't anything great very plain. Had pastrami sand and italian both were ok, I'd skip the pickles here seems kinda off. Add chips and drink and your north of $12++ for the regular Service is welcoming and good tho.

I love the wreck sandwich so much it's difficult to choose anything else. I also like the soups.

Disappointing.....didn't meet my expectations. Pictures were deceiving. I showed the counter person a picture of the sandwich taken from their site and he couldn't identify with it. I'll stay with Jersey Mike's and Schlotzsky's.
