Atmosphere: 5/5Nice and spacious, there's always plenty of seating! We like the decorations.Service: 5/5Workers at this location are always friendly and happy to help you. Food: 4/5Sandwiches are always tasty - they put an adequate amount of meat and toppings (bacon, avocado, and extra meat are an additional charge). No complaints! They obviously aren't gourmet, luxury sandwiches but we definitely prefer it over Subway or Jimmy Johns. Our two staples are The Wreck and the Turkey Breast and Swiss. We like that the calorie counts are listed. We pay around $25-28 for two sandwiches.Location: 5/5It's located in the same plaza as Target. Great location if you want to grab quick lunch after running some errands and there's ample parking.

It's a sandwich shop. The process similar to Ike's in California. Three sizes, skinny, original and larger. I chose the original size avocado Turkey with provolone. Cheese choices were: Swiss, cheddar or provolone. Typical sandwich topping choices, tomato, peppers, onions, oil and Italian seasonings, mayo and mustard.I chose whole grain bread and it was toasted. Really tasty. Glad I ate there as when I opened my sandwich I noticed it was missing avocado and went up to Jane it remedied. Would have been a bummer to get all the way home to discover no avocado! The avocado was given on the side and it was really good. They gave me half idle one and it was perfectly ripe. A cup of steamy garden vegetable soup really hit the spot on the side. Other soup choices were, chili, broccoli cheddar and chicken noodle. Solid soup. Staring hot. See my video.I was left with half a Sammy for lunch tomorrow. I'd come here again. The Turkey was legitimately good, the toppings fresh and the soup hot. My friend got an Oreo cookie shake which I had a spoonful of and it was tasty. Maybe next time I'll get one. Parking here is busy and I parked in front of the Ulta. Lots of people coming and going though, it was easy to find a spot. Price point, standard, $20.27 for everything. Super friendly service. I'll be back again. Happy yelping.

First time here, the staff was very nice. I had the meatball and it was very tasty! The dining area needed to be cleaned, but I liked the atmosphere. I do wish they had brewed iced tea. As someone with diabetes it's nice to have unsweet tea as an option. I would be back to try a salad.

What. A. Bummer. They have a giant menu on the wall, in multiple places, with a small number of sandwiches they offer. You walk up to order, and tell them you want one of said sandwiches on said massive wall menu, just for them to say they don't have it anymore, and then they stare at you while you try to decide on the fly what you want to order, like you are the worlds largest inconvenience(there was not a single other customer in the shop). Having never stepped foot in a PotBelly before, it was frustrating. Cross it out. Make a sign. Warn people as they walk in. Whatever. Nothing I hate more than being first time customer unfriendly. While the man taking our actual order had a bit of an attitude, the guy who rang us out was kind. Sandwiches were delicious, but a bit overpriced for the size. I got the pizza and loved every second of it! My husband got a turkey and bacon and it was meh.

Potbelly is a good solid and consistent option if you want a sandwich. I think the only downside is that it's always toasted...anyways, had a great experience here today and just wanted to leave a quick review. I ordered on the app and made a mistake (ordered grilled chicken when I meant to hit chicken salad), I called the shop and they were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate good/strong customer service so this definitely made the experience that much better.

Customer service 5/5Meat to bread ratio in sandwich 3/5Cleanliness 5/5Ordering on the app 5/5Price 3/5Great sandwiches but they skimp on the meats, the toppings you can add are always fresh and the customer service from the teenage boys are excellent here this evening! This store is always very clean and no trash on the tables, clean restroom, fast customer service. All the soups and chili are tasty, though overpriced.Sandwich options are plentiful, hot and cold, and secret subs on the app :)The ice cream shake is something I would stop in for alone. They make shortbread cookies that go through the straw hole on the lid, which is a nice touch and absolutely delicious. I would buy the shortbread cookies alone if they sold them. Get the strawberry shake.

We used to go to various Potbelly restaurants several times a month (sometimes once a week), but have been disappointed in them the past few years. They used to be able to make any sandwich into a salad and I tried that when they removed a great Mediterranean salad that had roasted peppers in it, chopped red onions, etc . They won't let you do that any more, so the similar sandwich can't be morphed into a salad. Then they got rid of the Potbelly vinaigrette, which was amazing (you're left with ranch, super-sugary fat-free balsamic or regular balsamic). We started to go less often, and usually to this location since it was closer. The quality is hit and miss. We ordered a kid PB&J for our son and it was expensive with barely any jam or PB on it. We got a spoon and scraped the little of it from the sando because otherwise he'd be eating just mostly dry bread. Some of the staff are attentive, some seem distracted and might forget the extra peppers you want, or it might not be busy but the tables aren't bussed and they're chatting. Sometimes the lettuce in the salads seems wilty or there's bad leaves there, so quality control is also variable. The amount of 'stuff' on the sandwiches (meat, cheese), is generally on the low side, and then Potbelly changed their rewards program so reward points don't count towards combos, which is what we usually order... and they removed some soups too! So partly some frustration with the chain, partly with the location. When you get a proper sandwich it's a good sandwich! But with the prices they charge it should really be spot on all the time. The soups are quite good (hence some of the disappointment with the ones they removed). Our favourites are the vegetable and the chicken pot pie. The staff are usually friendly, and the funky decor we've always found nice. They also have high chairs, FYI.

I have tried all local sandwiches, First time here. I am still think Jersey Mike's is the best. There were many options here compared to Jersey Mike's and Jimmy Johns. I had a skinny Wreck with bacon. Sandwich was so-so. Their deli mustard had not much flavor but their pickle was pretty good.Matt made the sandwiches but he asked me 4 times the details of my order (very annoying). It was like he kept nothing in his head and that kind of thing is frustrating to the customer because it shows he is not listening or remembering.

Potbelly is a solid sandwich with solid service. However, they've gotten ridiculously expensive for the quality. 2 sandwiches with 2 drinks is now north of $40. To be clear, coats have increased for restaurants and I understand the need and to raise prices, but Potbelly is way too high for the quality of what you get. It's easy to find a far better lunch at their price.
