Potbelly Sandwich Shop

It was my first time inside the store today and I looked pretty lost. Everyone working there was great today. I was given spectacular services, from the nice and friendly guy who took and made my order(also told me to download their app to get perks) to the cashier. The sandwich was delicious! You should also do the survey as you will be given a free cookie! =). The place was quite packed by the time I left! This shows you how good they are. I got the chicken salad sandwich this time but I will try another next time!

So when you seemed heading to a Potbellys just know that I am coming for soup and an occasional cookie- lemon cheesecake and fudge brownie. Yum so good....the chips and the cookie.Thelovely soups they had is vegetable soup chock full of veggies, cream and broccoli that is thick and creamy and has carrots in it, chicken pot pie that has pieces of pot pie on it....it's actually a chicken pot pie if you want to be technical but the broth is not that thick. The chicken pot pie soup has chicken, celery, carrots, and onions. It may have more ingredients than that. Lastly they have chili with a gob of cheese in the middle that dissolves as you stir it up so there's cheese in every bite.Delicious

Can't go wrong here!! I always get the turkey breast and Swiss with Bacon and jazz it up to my personal liking. They have a lot of other options though. Plus the customer service is always good. Definitely check this place out if you want a high quality sandwich.

I'm addicted to Potbelly. I've been ordering a sandwich every week. Sometimes twice a week. The Wreck is amazing. I've tried the Italian and Steak, both good. Broccoli and cheese soup is so yummy especially if you get Vinegar chips to dip in it. I love the perks and the app. And the pick up is so easy. My husband picks up for me on his way home. I love it!

Wanted something light and a little on the healthier side for lunch. Potbelly is one of our favorite places to grab a nice sandwich. We stopped by and were quickly acknowledged by the guy who was making the sandwiches. He was friendly, attentive and overall gave us a great experience. He asked if our sandwiches were okay the way they came, cheese & toppings. Then he prepared our food just like we asked and we were out of there quicker than expected given the line that they had. Overall a great experience, hot & fresh food. Even though we drove home to eat our food was still deliciously hot when we started eating.

Potbelly is my favorite sub shop compared to jimmy johns or subway, but my experience today kind of made it bleh for me. Service (1/5) I ordered my sandwich online for 3:30 pickup and I got to the place at 4:45 so I expected my order to be ready. When I got there they were fixing furniture or something so I had to walk around them and when I got to the pick up register I was waiting there awkwardly wondering if any of the guys that were busy fixing furniture was going to tend to me. One of the noticed me and I told him I was picking up an order and he then told me that my order "just came in." Umm.. okay I am pretty sure it was for 3:30 pickup but whatever. I had to wait another 6 minutes for my order. I think it's funny that they have a sign that says "wait in line for no longer than 8 mins" and it took them almost just as long to finish my online order I submitted before 3:30 Food (3/5) I ordered the wreck (it's my go to) and it was good as always but my soup not so much. I got the loaded baked potato soup and I expected bacon in there but I feel like there was no bacon at all!! Also, my soup was cold so I'm wondering if they got my soup ready but forgot about my sandwich.

Got the Avoturkey to go. Everything looked and tasted super fresh. I will definitely be back to try more sandwiches! The brownie cookie was also super soft, chocolatey, and yummy. I think this is my new favorite sandwich shop :)

I used to go to potbelly a lot in high school. Their sandwiches have always been good, and I love their shakes too- creamy, tasty, and just the right consistency + they put a cute lil shortbread cookie on the top. Ordering is very simple. Just choose a sandwich and customize the toppings, which you can modify to light, regular, or extra. I got the "Italian" and "a wreck", making sure to add hot peppers to both!! The hot peppers really enhance the flavor. I thought both sandwiches were yummy, but my personal preference is italian. I will say the sandwiches were on the drier and blander side and could definitely use more sauce. Even with the oil and mayo, it still seemed to be lacking something. Very filling and reasonably priced compared to other sandwich shops. Can't necessarily comment on the service since I ordered online, but when I regularly went in the past, the employees were always friendly and had an upbeat attitude. Parking lot is relatively small, but there's usually more than enough spots open, that's if it's not peak lunch hours.

These sandwiches are amazing! I always get The Wreck cause I'm afraid to try something new and be disappointed. But my husband and I felt adventurous today, so we both got the Mediterranean. Soooo good!! Did not disappoint! It had plenty of yummy hummus and feta. I added hot peppers for some extra kick, and it was perfect. Will definitely add this to my list of favorites!
