our favorite local Potbelly location! Tried the Jalapeno popper chicken sandwich, it super hot! and delicious. not for the faint hearted. delicious jalapeno poppers along with chicken and jalapeno cream cheese and jalapeno crips. it's Jalapeno 3 in 1 bomb shell exploding in your mouth! and then the other usual of salad & soup! chicken pot pie is our favorite, good crunchy pot pie crust with juicy, soft chicken.super fast service, you place the order from the comforts of your home and its ready in the shelve when you come over!lots of parking!

My boyfriend picked up Potbelly sandwiches for lunch and we enjoyed them! We both ordered the BLTA and they were tasty - I thought the regular size was a really good portion with a solid amount of toppings. Will be back whenever I'm craving a sandwich!

Potbelly's is not what it used to be. The sandwiches are pretty expensive and are frankly more of a mayo mess. Their veggie offerings are pretty bland. I am moving on...good bye

Ordered half Grilled Chicken sandwich and Chicken Salad sandwich. I really liked the grilled chicken, it was fresh, toasted, and hot. Had a perfect balance of veggies, chicken, sauce and cheese. I enjoyed the taste of multi-bread as well. Before trying this, I was a "subway" fan. But after this I don't think I would go to an other subway again!

I had long been curious about this restaurant chain of subs, and decided to try their signature milkshakes while I was at it. The prices seem to be roughly on-par with the other common submarine sandwich chains.-----Mediterranean Sandwich: grilled chicken, feta, zesty hummus, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, cucumbers ($9.59).I picked the Original size with Multigrain bread. For the toppings, I added lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickle. The chicken and bread were standard in terms of quality. The artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers were the highlights among the toppings. When unwrapping the sub I did spot an eyelash though.-----OREO Cookie Shake ($4.79).The shake was surprisingly light in consistency and not that smooth in texture, perhaps because I did not drink it immediately. As for the flavor, it was not that rich in OREO.-----I had set my order to be picked up right at opening time, so I did have to wait a few minutes for it to actually be ready. The employee preparing my order was courteous and swiftly handled my order. Only indoor seating is available at this location. Wi-Fi is provided.

Went in there for some soup and sandwich watch the black guy just got conned out of some money from some other guy at the register. After that, he come take my order very rude. I sit down at eat watch him come behind the counter, dig all in his behind with his hands, and went back to work like I didn't see that I walked out and shook my head and pointed my finger at him. That is terrible. I used to be a general manager, that is a safety hazard

Sandwiches are fine, they're exactly what you'd expect. I've tried the turkey avocado and the chicken and cheddar ones on whole wheat bread. The turkey sandwich is something you really can just duplicate on your own - there's nothing that really stands out about this one. I did enjoy the chicken and cheddar one a lot more - the chicken is super tender and flavorful, and they give quite a good portion of it too.The thing to get here though is definitely the cookies. I had never had them before, and the first time trying them I was blown away. They're huge and really sweet, but so so good. The oatmeal chocolate chip is crispy on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle, and has the perfect amount of chocolate within. It also has the nice nutty caramelized flavor to it. The brownie cookie is also fantastic - more on the soft end all around but so soft and chocolately. You must try them!!

I just don't get how they get so behind. My order said it would be ready at 1230 and took an extra 45 mins. It's just making sandwiches and pouring soup. Idk other sandwich shops don't seem to have an issue being fast ‍ but more so if for some reason it's gonna be a long wait why is the app not updated to show that ? That's what the company needs to fix. Shouldn't have said it would be ready in 15 mins if it was gonna take an hour ‍ some people are on work lunch and if I knew it would take and hour I would've waited to take said lunch.... So irritating.

First time and last time. Old lettuce in what could have been a nice salad. Unfortunately, the dressing had artificial things in it, so we couldn't even have that. The lettuce should have been thrown out at least two days ago, not served to your customers. This place is take-out junk food. (We gave the extra star because the salad could have been decent: with blue cheese, pecans, cranberries). Instead, go to Panera for high quality foods.
