Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Well I tried Potbelly and it must be the people that own this place that have the Potbelly!! Sure the chili was good but wth this is a $10 chili. Rip off alert!!! What are you trying to get rich off your customers!!! Scammers!! $10 sandwich where's the beef!!!!This place is yawn and done!!

Not a fan. This place was disorganized and the sandwich I had was awful. It took forever to get my food because the staff was so backed up. I hope they have a plan because with the lunch rush, people were waiting up to 20 minutes to get their sandwich. The only staff that was cordial was the person assembling sandwiches after they came out of the toaster and he was clearly overwhelmed and needed help. He even asked for help due to the back up and, what looked like the manager on duty didn't step in.

I can't say much of their food, because never actually got any sandwiches. Instead we got yelled at and turned away..... worst management ever.We tried to order lunch online but our order was denied due to it being busy. Then we called. Denied again and were told to come in to order.When we got to the store, we were told they were too busy, and that we should have ordered online. Wait what?!?! Shouldn't a business appreciate patrons??When we were asked how many sandwiches all together we said 8. We were then told that if our order was too big to take online or over the phone, we just shouldn't have come. When I asked for their corporate number after being yelled at by the manager and by an associate who wasn't even part of our conversation, I was told they didn't have it and she walked off. When I asked the manager to step aside so we could chat privately instead of me being humiliated in front of all these guests, she said "no. I already told you, I'm busy!" Worst management I've ever seen. I wish I would have recorded this but alas, I didn't expect to be yelled at for trying and ordering lunch...

It's below average sandwich shop. I had a roast beef sandwich today during our office lunch and it looked as if it was made by a 10 years kid. Neither taste or the presentation were good. I will not place another order from there.

This was a solid sandwich! The bacon was crispy and very peppery, which made my tongue tingle from the spice. I got the BLTA which has avocado and it's superb! I also added pickles and cheddar cheese which really set it off! Like a Fourth of July firework display on my tastebuds! This was wonderful!

FOOD SAFETY! - Just ordered this morning (8/26/21) from the this potbelly in Bellevue. Ordered thru UberEats. Besides the fact that the delivery was late and took 1 hr and 13 mins to deliver...When it arrived 30 mins ago, I started eating the Italian sandwich only to find out after taking multiple bites, the BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT! How does any establishment let something like that happen??? I would have posted this review sooner than 30 mins, but I had to waste time submitting a food safety issue form with UberEats. Don't know if I can order from this store again. If you read this...buyer beware.

Ordering a sandwich during lunch rush can be a bit of a wait. They get a lot of mobile orders during rush hour. Sandwich's start in the $8 range and up. Lots of options to choose from. Meat options cost extra![update 6/11/2024]: manager called me and thanked me for my patronage. Complimentary offer addressing my concerns. I'm immensely grateful for the courtesy call.

I haven't received the last two sandwiches I ordered on their app. The only sandwiches I ordered on said app. Potbelly says straight up fuck you. Supper done with door dash! You owe me money dicks. Potbelly is donzo,

They skimped on some ingredients and the foo made myself and everyone else who eat some of the pizza have explosive diarrhea

After a year of ordering a Wreck my way, substituting one meat for another and a different type of cheese, I was told they couldn't custom make my sandwich the way I wanted anymore without charging me about 30% more! Looks like all they want is your money and not to make you a sandwich the way you would like it. Probably my last time at that Potbelly.
