Postino South Tempe

To say we had a FABULOUS visit is an understatement! They do a stellar job at selecting their staff to make you feel welcome, heard, and appreciated. Leah did a wonderful job as our main server, with a table visit from the Manager (Katerina), we felt like family by the time we were leaving. My boyfriend and I had 2 bruschetta boards that we shared, along with some wonderful zero proof rosé sparkling wine for him, and some various wines for me. Really great options if you don't drink alcohol, and eat vegan/plant-based as well. My boyfriend enjoyed both of those options. HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY! Wow! They don't just have a limited list of crappy "house wines" on happy hour, ALL of their wonderful wines by the glass are included, including the non-alcoholic option from 11-6 ALL DAY! There are more than happy to tweak ingredients on the bruschetta and everything was a 10. Love the ambience of this particular location showcasing a skater vibe, as each one around the valley is a little different. Can't wait to return again! It should be noted this is my 4th visit to this particular establishment and the service and food is quite consistent not only among this location, but every other location as well. PHENOM JOB, POSTINO!!

Love Postino. Went here a few weeks ago with a friend for board and bottle. The food was amazing per usual and so was the wine (how could it not)We got the omg grilled cheese as an appetizer to weight until 8 pm for board and bottle to start! The food is always out so fast and always delicious. We tried the Philly cheesesteak for our board (out for a short amount of time :/ )However, our service was good but a poor waitress must've been having a day. She dropped a bottle of wine and a glass of wine shortly after. We just felt so bad and was hoping she had a better night after we left. The manager was an absolute gem and helped us out. The ambiance inside is very dark, really loud music (if it was turned down a few notches it would be perfect) it's very hard to hear the conversation you're having. Everything else is always so good here.

Stopped in after church to have a quick bite and wow! The service was AMAZING! It wasn't just one dedicated server either. Multiple different people checked in on me, refilled my beverage timely, and all with loving, smiling faces of joy. It has been such a pleasure to receive service fit for a queen! I ordered the meatballs that are so delicious and filling. But when I was served my dessert... the presentation was incredible!Kudos to the cooks behind the scenes who might not get the recognition they deserve from customers. This is by far my favorite dessert at Postino and I highly recommend it.The atmosphere this visit was very pleasant as well. Being that it was Father's Day, I thought it would be like a Friday but with the high temps it was actually perfect! Thank you so much to all the servers and the cooks.... as well as management, who seem to be attentive to their customers every time I dine in.

Yesterday I got postal delivered via DoorDash to my hotel in downtown Tempe. Everything arrived in fresh condition, even though it was quite a drive for the DoorDash delivery guy because I accidentally chose the south Tempe location instead of the Annex location right by the hotel. The bruschetta board was delicious as always, and, the prosciutto Panini always hits the spot. I love Postino and I wish I had one in East Mesa close to my house.

This is by far my favorite location as it is not as crowded as the others. I love coming here for their boards and a bottle(or few) of wine. The ambiance is great for a chill night. Plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center.

We have heard great things about Postino so my expectations were high...maybe too high? My fiance and I went on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. It was busy but not crazy. There was no wait and plenty of open tables. We stood by the host stand and the she seated us. It was hot but I wanted to sit outside under the misters. I enjoyed sitting there but my fiance was still too hot (sorry babe!). When I sat down, I noticed that the clientele was interesting for this area. It seems to attract a young and trendy crowd. Basically, I felt like everyone was cooler than me haha. Even the employees were young, hip, and unbothered.We ordered drinks. My fiance ordered a beer called "Two Pitchers" and I ordered a glass of Sav Blanc. A few minutes later another woman brings out 2 beers and no wine. The waitress and I even talked about the wine list and I selected the wine she recommended, so I was confused why she didn't put the order in correctly.We ordered the brussels sprouts salad which I guess I was confused about because I thought it would be majority brussels sprouts but realistically there were a few brussels sprout leaves tossed in with a regular salad. It was still good though. We shared a flight of bruschetta - one with pesto and smoked salmon, one caprese, one brie, fig, and apple, and one bacon, tomato, and mascarpone. These were pretty tasty!! This was actually my first time trying smoked salmon and I liked it, so that's a win! I would say that the caprese one needed some balsamic or something flavorful on top. It was bland and dry. That's the only one we didn't finish. The fig/apple/brie one was so good and tasted like a caramel apple to me.In addition, we ordered the skewers appetizer. The beef was mid, a little too chewy and flavorless. The chicken was yummy, and the sauce helped give the dish flavor.One thing I wanted to love but hated was the way they don't have an assigned server for each table, meaning you could have multiple people waiting on you. This was problematic because whenever we had a question or concern, we would ask the person nearest us but then they would just go tell our main server who took our order or have the main server come back and ask us if everything was ok. It just seems simpler to have one server dedicated to your table.

Another amazing postino experience with the Arizona fam. Love it here!! We were seated outdoors with the spritzing temp control system. Dogs are welcomed here, they even brought a makeshift water bowl.Outdoor patio is spacious for small events, like a baby shower that was happening when we were here. The price is decent, the quality of food is superb. Every time I come here I leave happy :) Recommend their shashuka plate, and their cucumber honey lemonade.

It was our first time here, we travel from Canada a few times out of the year. Lizzie was our server and she was amazing! she had great recommendations and we loved chatting with her! Food was also delicious, the bruschetta was 1000/10 highly recommend!! I love appies and my husband likes more sandwiches/burgers so it was nice to find a spot that met both our wants without him limited to pastas/ heavy big meals.We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I told Lizzie they need to come to Edmonton, Alberta they would make a killing there! 10/10 love it here and can't wait to come back.

All around friendly service. The place was busy on a Saturday but got seated right away. Special shout out to Lizzie who attended to us with special care and thoughtfulness. Just how customer service should be all day any day. We are fond of Lizzie! Definitely coming back either for friend bonding or date night. -- from Devie and April

Robert is the best!!! He continually shows the best service to anybody who walks into the building. After a minor inconvenience, my party was offered a plethora of appetizers and the best service by staff. Will continuously support Postino and this location in particular.
