We have been here before but only for a cocktail and snack. This was our first dinner. I'm super happy to have a new place to add to the rotation. Our meals were delicious. I opted for the Steak Frites and he got the Pork Saltimbocca, our son (5) had the chicken quesadilla. We were all really happy with our choices. The steak was cooked perfect (I get medium) it was a nice pink and the flavor packed in each bite was so good. My husband couldn't stop praising the pork and even said "it's the best I think I have ever had"...of course I didn't take offense. My son and I also loved the fries served with our meals, they are like steak fries but way better. For drinks my husband got his usual martini (and he loves places that make it right...no vermouth!) and I had a black and tan (but with the Cider Donut cider beer from Boston's own Downeast Cider)...nicknamed the Snakebite or Black Velvet. The location off Bay Road was adjacent to the train station, so this will be a great meet-up location on my late voyages home when we are too tired to cook. It's got a great bar (which we visited in the past) and was comfortable with the glow of a cool fireplace in the dining room. We parked on the side street but there seems to be ample parking all around. This dinner definitely did not disappoint, and we will be back!

Great place to catch the game and enjoy a beverage. Pizza is yummy and has good variety, menu is large. We would visit again to try more menu items.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The ambiance is cozy and great. Customer service was phenomenal, our waitress was funny. There's street parking and after a specific time, you can park in the lot behind the building. Drinks were great. We ordered the following -Apps: Nachos (cheesy and crispy chips), Garlic Parm Tenders (yummm, wished we ordered more or ordered another flavor), and Sweet Chili Calamari (everyone enjoyed)Entree: Meals were good. Though those that had mashed potatoes as a side, wished there's a bit more seasoning to it. I had the pizza, the toppings was perfect though wasn't a fan of the crust. Personally it was a bit thin and felt like it was grainy. Dessert: brownie fudge sundae which was delish :)Overall I recommend due to service and the highlight were the apps. Next time I'll try a different entree.

Went here for the first time. Enjoyed the draft beer selection, lighting, and service. The server was excellent. Wish I could remember his name. Best nachos I ever had!

Decided to try out the newest Hamilton spot as we loved the Black Cow it's predecessor. On appearances nothing has changed but we didn't mind as The Black Cow had a great ambiance. The large fireplace is warm and inviting and there's plenty of people watching as the large windows open up to downtown Hamilton.Our waitress was lovely - friendly and very attentive. I ordered the fig and prosciutto flatbread she recommended and it did not disappoint. Particularly loved the addition of the pine nuts to the traditional combination. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich which was small but tasty. Overall a good option in downtown Hamilton that we look forward to exploring more!

I really enjoyed the post when I visited for an event. I found the ambience nice and the food fresh and tasty. I also have an ordered pick up many times. The pizza is very good. I feel grateful to have this place right in town.

If you like craft beers, this is the best selection I've seen on the North Shore. 33 beers on tap, many of which are rare to find in this area. All types, all styles!!

I've now been here twice since it became Post after being Black Cow, and I've been kind of impressed both times, both with my food and my husband's. Extremely tasty caesar salad, good steak, good burger. Really solidly prepared food. Admittedly we've had some hits and misses with service when it has been busy, and the cocktails are pretty subpar, but if you stick to beer/wine, it's a solid bet for a not-overpriced-but-still-delicious night out.

Great ambiance and drinks, went twice and got the same dish for a consistency check and have to say the taste was drastically different and beyond bland. Good selection of apps, plated presentation is a nice touch.

Great service at the bar. Salmon was beyond delicious! Fish tacos were not so great but the bartender took them off the check. We will be back!
