Positively Frosted

Mandi is AMAZING! She has been our go to for a few birthdays (another coming up soon!) since moving to Phoenix and finding her. The carrot cake she made for my son's first birthday was delicious and exactly what we needed to avoid an egg allergy. I absolutely recommend Positively Frosted for celebrating any event or just something special for yourself!

I'm new to AZ and with my birthday coming up I new I had to find a place for me to get my birthday cake. In my vegan Facebook group I received lots of recommendations for different people to try. Unfortunately some of them didn't have any place to try their stuff beforehand. After doing my research and trying her cupcakes at Freak Brothers Pizza I was sold and placed an order.At Freak Brothers her churro cupcakes are sold. Cinnamon cake and cinnamon buttercream style frosting , topped with cinnamon sugar. I'm not a big cinnamon cake fan but they were yummy.For my birthday I ordered a Strawberry Margarita cake with tequila, fresh lime juice, zest and a sprinkle of margarita salt and strawberries on top.Thank you for making my beautiful birthday cake. I will definitely be recommending you to others and I will definitely order from her again.

Came across this amazing business while waiting in line to try out a new vegan spot. These cupcakes were THE best vegan cupcakes I've ever tried. Vegan desserts can sometimes be tricky but they have somehow found a perfect balance. My husband and I were able to snag a few different flavors before they sold out and couldn't decide which was our favorite. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing vegan treats.

The most delicious cake, cupcakes, and treats!! Not only is the owner SO sweet and accommodating but she loves making us happy! The best part.. you don't have to worry about food allergies. She's got GF options, egg free, natural dye/sprinkles, dairy free, vegan, etc. Gorgeous gorgeous cakes and such fun cupcake flavors. Yummy rice krispie treats and so much more. Highly recommend!!! And catch her at most vegan food events too but get there early, she always sells out because she's THAT GOOD!!

Mandy made the most amazing vegan birthday cakes for my husbands 50th. They were exactly what I had in mind. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and the cakes were absolutely delicious.

I missed them at the 2017 Vegan PHX Festival, but lucked up when they showed up for Zen Nights. They had peanut butter cake encased in chocolate Cakepops, cookies, and a variety of cupcakes.I tried a Coconut Lime cupcake and a Choc-Chip Cookie Dough cupcake. Both cakes were moist and the frostings were magnificent! Prices were good too; I got 2 cupcakes for $5 (otherwise, $3 each).tbvh, my only issue was she wanted to sell me cupcakes that were sitting out. She said that she had just put them out, but she and the lady that was in front of me were talking over and reaching over them, then when I reached the front of the line, she and I were talking over them. I asked for cupcakes from the covered box behind her. It appeared she had a slight problem with this, but maybe I misread. In the end, I got my cupcakes from the covered box and my OCD was happy.

I've been trying to find a vegan cake for my birthday and I'm so happy I found Mandi! The cake she made was ahhhmazing!!! I was in love and it was so satisfying. I will absolutely be ordering from her again in the future.

ALL our employees LOVED the mini cupcakes. So tasty! We will definitely order next time we have a birthday celebration for our vegan crew member. Thank you for getting them done with such short notice

I was in need of finding a baker to deliver a birthday cake to our dad in an assisted living facility in Fountain Hills . We live across the country, and call after call to bakeries in that area were fruitless, no one able to deliver!As my great luck would have it, I discovered Positivity Frosted and Mandi on an internet search. She said she could deliver the cake on his birthday, and then the fun part of choosing the cake began ! Since he is not a chocolate fan she suggested a lemon olive oil cake, beautifully decorated. We added chocolate churro cupcakes for the staff. Her delivery was on time, the cake was beautiful and the goodies were well received and thoroughly enjoyed!Thanks Mandi!
