We tried this place first time this week and immediately went back the next day for a second meal. The food is amazingly good. The taste is very well balanced. I really like that the ramen broth is rich and drinkable, not those too dense sauce-like broth. I can't get enough of the pan fried gyoza. It's crispy on the outside and flavorful & soft on the inside. The fried chicken is so juicey with a crispy skin! delicious! Dessert crème caramel is great too. Love the food here so much! The owner is very friendly and we felt so welcomed there. The restaurant is very clean and has a clam ambience. I could sit there all day.

Yokohama Skyline was such a great find. It's a clean establishment with excellent and friendly service. I ordered the miso ramen which was buttery yet light with pieces of corn, bamboo shoots, your choice of pork or chicken, in a nice broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a small chew to them and so yummy. My husband ordered the tantan which was super rich, had an egg, bamboo shoots, a bit of spice, and ground meat. They also have matcha and hojicha, so of course I had to get that! There's plenty of seating to bring friends, family, or to be solo.

We came in on a Saturday night, the place is clean but quite empty. Only one table was occupied. We went up to order at the cashier, then sat down at a table. Service was friendly. I got the tonkotsu with garlic oil and my partner got the regular tonkotsu ramen. The noodle is chewy, but the broth is quite mild and the egg does not have the perfectly creamy yolk that I love. The slices of pork I got were quite fatty. One of them is almost completely fat. On the contrary my partner's bowl had pork that was very lean and tough. If you love a mild soup base that you can drink, this may be the spot for you. However personally, I will not be back.

10/10 solid bowl of ramen, just like Japan. Parking is street, and yes it's near knot springs. You may or may not run into some transients but it's by a bridge and in MLK. Upon entering it will feel like you've entered an otome ramen game. Place is very clean and modern, the menu is simple and displayed on the giant lcd screens while Lofi music plays softly in the background. I knew I made the right choice when my bowl of Tonkotsu black garlic ramen came out and it's soup broth was gleaming with a viscous thickness, only akin to holy amounts of collagen! Yasss! Finally! Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen: 5/5Noodles were chewy and perfect. Broth was rich and full of umami. Bamboo shoots cooked nicely. Piece of thick pork was soft and thick. Hojicha latte: Green tea latte was so SOLID' you can tell they use high quality Japanese green tea. It was very fragrant and refreshing. Karage fried chicken: 5/5They only use chicken thigh meat here so it was super tender and juicy. The batter was double dipped and very light and crispy, just like they do in Japanese pubs. Takoyaki 5/5Super solid! Service was good and the bar master was very attentive, they are very kind and you can tell they work hard. Make sure to bring cash to tip them in the tip jar. Also be wary that you may not have reception in this area~

Been seeing amazing reviews for this spot and was very excited to drop by. Can confirm, their ramens are very good! The shop is super homey, staffs were all very friendly and hard-working.Their menu is sufficient with a few varieties of ramen broth and meat options you can choose from. We went with the Creamy Tomato Ramen and the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen. Both were very flavorful and delicious. The broth of the creamy tomato was so unique. There were parmesan cheese and pesto that went very well with the well-balanced tomato broth; I loved this one more than I thought I would. You also get thicker noodles in this one -- amazing. The corn and chicken toppings were fresh. The tonkotsu ramen was also well-executed. Rich broth from pork bone and the garlic oil added a layer of depth to it. What I like was how tender their chashu pork was, without being overly fatty like most ramen places. The Chicken Karaage was also 10/10. Very tender chicken and fried to the perfect crispiness. So glad to have another solid ramen spot in town!

Tasty ramen and reasonable prices. Little hidden but it's basically below the bridge level.

Friendly staff, a bit empty inside but its very clean. Food comes out fast and it tastes honestly wonderful. If you only get the ramen i recommend getting extra noodles since there isnt a whole bunch in the bowl. Oh and keep and mind the noodles are more firm compared to most places so if you prefer softer noodles be sure to ask :)

Very kind service, attentive, and very quiet and relaxed vibe of the restaurant. The food quality was very fresh, I have never tried a tomato ramen before but the flavors came together very nicely. Next time, I would opt for less Parmesan as it felt a little too rich in addition to the broth. Overall, very tasty!

I was craving ramen for lunch and stumbled upon this hidden gem! Conveniently located near Knot Springs in the NE area, this place is newly renovated, clean, and offers an inviting atmosphere. The ramen was outstanding--packed with flavor and generous toppings. I ordered the pork ramen, and the meat literally melts in your mouth. The owner provided excellent, friendly service, asked how my day was and the food arrived quickly. I had the Tonkotsu with black garlic ramen, and I can honestly say it's the best I've ever tasted. As a fan of black garlic oil, I was impressed by how authentic and flavorful it all was--no need to add anything like chili oil or extra shoyu. This spot deserves all the love. It's a 10/10, and I can't wait to bring everyone I know here. The chef in the back is a true ramen master. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out! They've just opened, and I know they'll quickly become a local favorite and I'll come back as much as I can to try more!
