Are you looking for authentic, mouth watering, spicy noodles? Look no further - this is the place!! Casual atmosphere with both individual andCommunity tables fill the space. You can write on the Yang's Noodle Taste o China wall. Or sit and check out the art work across the wall. During the day the TV is on showing local cooking in China. Fantastic service is an understatement. The team (maybe family) are kind, considerate, drive for guests to feel taken care of and enjoy their meal. It is a combination of the delicious food (everything we've ordered has been excellent), the casual and comfortable environment and the hospitality that this has made Yangs Noodle a regular dining spot for us.

I've been meaning to try Yang's noodle for a while. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken noodles. The noodles themselves had a nice chewy texture. The flavor was good but nothing too special. You order via a tablet at the front which I don't love but if you're trying to interact with less people, it's a good spot. The vibe of the restaurant is pretty standard fast casual. It's possible I ordered wrong so maybe I'll have to come back and try something else.

We went here on a whim on the 4th. We ordered Dan Dan noodles and spicy lamb jiangbing which is a north Chinese savory crepe. The noodles were tasty but not what I would consider Dan Dan, more like beefun but the crepe was super good.

This place made our day! We had just traveled across the country and hadn't eaten since early early that morning. We desperately were craving noodles, and saw this place not far from the airport (do note that parking can take a moment to find). The kiosk ordering system is helpful with photos and descriptions, and the guy behind the kiosk was happy to help. We got our HUGE portions of noodles so quickly, and they were delicious! I ordered the lamb noodles, my husband the Mongolian beef. Both were amazing. I'd say add some heat to your noodles -- it will only make them better. This is easily 2-3 meals in one, so prepare to take leftovers home, which are just as good reheated on the stove. Even though it was a walk-up order place, the guy behind the counter was quick to fill our waters and check in on us. This was the perfect start to Portland, and make sure to come hungry!

The service was excellent. The employee who took my order was kind and welcoming. I ordered the Mongolian beef noodle. It was tasty and the sauce was delicious. The medium spice level was a good choice, not too hot.

First time and I was very impressed! Came with a party of five and we ordered the spicy pork wonton, xiao long bao, mongolian beef noodle, pork belly noodle, and shrimp fried rice to share. Food came out pretty quick. Service was good but we were also the only people there. My favorite was the mongolian beef noodle! Beef was tender. The pork belly was a little too fatty for my taste but I did like the cabbage in the dish. Portions are pretty big as there was still some food leftover when we were finished. I would say its similar to Dough Zone, but better. I will be back!

Yang's Noodle seems like one of those places that's highly dependent on what you order. Or maybe the time of day you go in? Or the day itself, or the phase of the moon? My point is, my experience here hasn't been consistent, but when it's good, it's good enough to keep me coming back. My friend lives in the neighborhood, and the first time I came in I was pet-sitting for them, feeling under the weather, and craving some soothing comfort food. Noodles are that for me, so I was hoping it'd hit the spot. I ordered the spicy pork wonton and the kimchi beef noodles. There was a bit of confusion with the person at the counter - they thought I said wonton soup, and I reaffirmed that I wanted the spicy wontons. You know what happened next - I got home and opened the takeout container to find that I had indeed been given wonton soup. Oops. Although it wasn't what I wanted, it was comforting and tasty. The kimchi beef noodles were the real star of the show. Super flavorful, with pops of acid from the kimchi, and plentiful, tender thin slices of beef. The noodles were thick and had a great chew, and the portion was generous enough for two filling meals. The next time I went in, I ordered the you po noodles. While the noodles were still great and the portion plentiful, the toppings and flavor were lacking. I ate all the ground pork out of the dish on the first go and had to dress it up with more protein and lots of chili oil the next day. I'm not sure if it's a menu item issue or a consistency issue, but the second visit was a bit disappointing. I'd definitely return for the kimchi beef noodles, though, and hope for the best!

Normally I would give 5 stars to this restaurant. I've probably ordered from Yang's Noodle at least 20 times and my order was on point. However, my last order on 8/28/24 was horrible. I ordered the Curry Shrimp Noodle and Shrimp Fried Rice (my usual). The shrimp in both dishes unfortunately tasted like ammonia...you know the taste when the shrimp has gone bad? So glad my meal was reimbursed from the delivery service I used. To be fair, this is the first out of 20 meals I've ordered that was bad. I'll order from them again, but I'll probably get chicken, because once you've had bad shrimp, it's hard to trust it won't be bad again.

Super fast and friendly service with flavorful food. A good bang for your buck as noodle/soup serving sizes are large and could be split into two meals!
