First of all, I was under the impression that we would need a reservation, and there were plenty of seats without one. The crowd was a mixture of business people, a family, and couples mainly at 7 on a Thursday. We had peeked at the menu ahead of time to see what yummy beverages they had, but the menu was different and nothing looked great-so we ordered an all time standby-lemondrops. This was an excellent drink! We also ordered a hummus plate, a little basic, and a Caesar salad with chicken, not the best ever. The staff were absolutely phenomenal and sooooo friendly. The view was great, the bathroom was super cool, lol. All in all, not sure we will be back, parking wasn't easy, not worth the cost of valet.

The saving grace of this place was the DJ. We came here on Friday night for a birthday party. I thought a roof top bar sounded like a ton of fun but please stay away and choose another! The music was great but that is truly all that was good. There was suppose to be table service.. which never happened! In the 3 hours we were there we were able to get 3 drinks... You needed a full drink just to wait for your next one! It wasn't like it was packed in this place either. One of the times we got a drink was when we first got there and there was 1 person in front of us and it took 10 minutes. The second time we got a drink was the WORST!!!!!! They had 1 person working the bar.. so they made us go in one line. We stayed in that line for 10 minutes and no one MOVED. It took that long to get 3 drinks out. Finally the second bartender came back but don't worry that meant nothing. We had two people who were together in front of us and it took 10 minutes to get there drinks then the bartender did a ticket for 8 drinks at a table before us. It was over 30 minutes to get 1 drink!!!! When I closed out the tab it was no better. Truthfully service was awful at this place. There were also two gentleman that I believe were part of sex trafficking. The front desk was notified but did nothing with it. We had to go stand with a person from the party because he wouldn't leave her alone. He and his friends were just watching people on the dance floor, they were nervous when you spoke to them and were acting very off. If I was you I would choose somewhere else.

Wow, I was really surprised to find a three star rating for this place. I came for drinks and appetizers and, while I wasn't totally blown away, the people were nice and the food and drinks were pretty good. I was seated right away outside around 5pm on a Thursday night. By 6-6:30pm, it really kicked up and outside was fairly full. The view of the city was really nice and I enjoyed just sitting outside sipping my drink. The first drink I ordered was a special from their menu. Can't recall exactly what it's called, but it tasted like a liquid fruit roll up. It was too sweet for me. I ordered a cosmo afterwards and it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet like some places make it. For appetizers, I tried the truffle fries, hummus plate, Brussels sprouts (no bacon, I was glad they could make that accommodation), and the Asian pear salad. I'm not often the kind of person who orders salad out, but this salad was so good. My favorite part of the meal. The pear and goat cheese combo was so refreshing, and the lemon thyme vinaigrette went perfectly with it. I'd absolutely get that again. The fries and hummus plate were okay. Nothing super special, and the hummus plate needed more pita bread. The Brussels sprouts were a close second to the salad, and I would absolutely order them again. For two people, this was more than enough food. Next time, I would hold the fries and either ask if the hummus plate could include more pita bread or try something new.

Craft cocktails generally $16 a pop. Can be slow service when it's busy, especially on weekends. Good food, small menu.

I'm not sure why there are so many "bad" reviews, because I've been here twice now and thought the experience wasn't bad at all! They have plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and every time I've gone, the place has been very busy. So, it makes sense that service (for food) is a bit slower, but even then, they were very kind and when you're drinking with friends it didn't matter as much. Indoor and outdoor seating gives off different vibes--especially at night. Both are fun: the outdoor seating is lively and the view is beautiful, and indoor the lights make it a mellow, but fun ambiance. Food here is pretty standard. I'm a big fan of truffle fries, and wished that these had a bit more truffle flavor. Their shrimp cocktail, and flatbread is also pretty standard--good, but nothing outstanding. Overall, I think it's a pretty solid place for rooftop drinks in Portland!

Amazing view from rooftop bar downtown. Enjoyed an early snack and wine and would've stayed longer for more food and beverages but after happy hour this place fills up and aggressive loitering is apparently the norm. Had a couple of groups of folks side eye and move closer and closer to us till we finally decided to leave because we were over having them stand over us. Worth the stop but would plan on leaving before the stare downs begins. Go for a drink, then go elsewhere for less stressful food and chill time.

We made a reservation here for a friends birthday and we we're all really excited to go. When we arrived at the hotel a very rude front desk person told us we couldn't go up the elevator and vaguely mentioned some "technical difficulties" with their POS system. It is frustrating that no one would have called us ahead of time considering we had a reservation so we could make plans to celebrate somewhere else. The front desk person didn't seem very interested in assisting us or even clearly explaining whatever was going on that prevented us from entering the bar.

The ambience and view are amazing, but the prices are shockingly high. Service was very good.

I read all the comments about the "bad attitude and long waiting time " before coming here. But surprisingly the server was really friendly and asked for the order within 5 mins after we sat down and the food and drinks served within 10 mins. The waitress came check on us several times as well. The drink is pretty good. I got cherry bomb. As Sweet as I like it. Food is okay. True that it's kinda overpriced. But we got discounts for staying in the hotel. So it's cheap for us. The view is okay.. not as amazing as people said. The building is not that tall and only a portion of river view.Only drawback is the light I guess lol , I honestly have no idea what I'm eating casue of the light.

Gorgeous rooftop views. plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. The servers were cheerful and nice. Service was slow, but they were very busy. This is a great spot for some cocktails with a view.
