Wonderboy's Smokestack

The Husband and I were in the mood for some tacos, and this place serves off the hook barbecued tacos. We had pulled pork on ours, and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. Friendly service, fresh, hot food, and the food truck area is pet friendly.

Great bbq, & they have sandwiches & tacos too which is nice cause sometimes I want some bbq but not just the plain meat. The tacos are my favorite - I tried the pork butt and burnt ends I believe. The pork butt was like pulled pork and not very flavorful but tasted great w/ their habanero sauce. The burnt ends were great. They also have a layer of fried cheese between the tortilla and the filling which adds a new cheesy flavor & crunch and also keeps from getting too soggy. The sandwich was tasty as well & also had their signature fried cheese layer. I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch - the bacon was a hearty thick slice nicely smoked and the chicken was kinda chicken salad style, very good but I preferred the tacos. I got a side of the Mac n cheese which was nice and creamy w/ a bit of spice. Very filling.

Wonderboy is part of the Arborlook collection of food carts in a cool backyard setting like you are hanging out at your buddy's pad.Maybe cause it was rainy and cold, the service was a bit gloomy. Meat portions are not satisfying for the price. House sauce and slaw has a slight bitter finish. Three & a half stars.Guzzle a pint from the neighboring cart to smooth out the lunch.

Awesome food truck in the nopo food pod. If you haven't been it's a really cool space that has heat lamps and even activities throughout the week to enjoy. As the nopo food carts have two main areas to get beers they also have three food carts within the pod (bbq, mexican, and italian).Wonderboy's food cart will have plenty of food pics around their tacos but this time I ended up ordering their pulled porkland, mac and cheese, and some ribs. I really enjoyed that their pulled porkland had a layer of melted cheese to add a crunch to each bite. I thought the pork was tender and went well with the bbq sauce they had on the side. Mac and cheese was good too but could pass on it next time. They also had some ribs to order and I enjoyed the flavors with their bbq sauce. They were fall off the bone but still had some good texture. The two bbq sauces they gave were nice since one was a sweeter apple one and the other was more vinegary so it was good to mix and match them together. As with bbq in general, a little messy to eat but solid meal to pair with some brews.

Food was awesome. I got the pulled pork sandwich with mac&cheese, and my wife got the pulled pork taco with chips and queso. The pork and no fat in it and was very tasty, with a very wonderful BBQ sauce. The Mac&cheese was the best I'd ever had.

Holy smokes that was a delicious sandwich! We got the pulled pork which came with some kind of honey mustard slaw and pickled peppers, and it was outrageously good. The mac & cheese was some of the best I've ever had. Support this business! We want this guy to stay here!

Man, this was fantastic. Great little spot. I'm definitely going to need to try the ribs and the chicken next time around.

It's aalllllllll good! Its such a clutch add to Bottles n Cans / ArborLook food carts. (Check their Instagram for updated) It's actually amazing. The ribs are fall off the bone and their sauce it's great that you almost don't need sauce on the side. The watermelon bbq sauce is a must try. We had it for the chicken. Slaw, Mac, chips n queso, corn breaddddd my favorite.

Really, really good bbq and the best Mac and cheese. Portions are huge! Definitely can share a Mac and meat plate and still have leftovers. I have had, brisket, burnt ends and pork belly bites all delicious.The food pod is super cute, heaters and fireplace in winter lots of shade in the summer

$15 for three ribs? Sauce was good but overwhelmingly spicy. One person in front of me, waited 15 minutes for food, ribs arrived cold. They were nicely cooked though.Ordered a canned water but they only had warm as they forgot to put any in the fridge. I was there at noon so nobody is getting cold water for hours. For $5 per rib I expect better.
