Easily one of the best Chinese food that I've tried. Been coming here since I was a little kid. And it has never disappointed me. My go to is the orange chicken, it's so delicious, and flavorful. Food came out super fast, legit less than 5 minutes after ordering!!

On the way back from shopping we decided to try this place out since it had a decent rating. I ended up ordering the number 5 dinner combination which was General Tso Chicken, Pork Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Mein. We did order our meal to go so I cannot comment on how the service is but the hostess was really nice. Overall, food was just ok and they do give you a lot of food. I thought the General Tso Chicken flavor was a little different than what I'm used to. Chow Mein and Fried Rice were about what you'd except them to be. It is nice that they do offer combination meals since it's more wallet friendly than ordering 3-4 dishes. This place would be on my list if I'm in the area but it not something that I would go out of my way to travel to though.

Husband wasn't feeling up to par so we thought Chinese food would be comforting... oh! not the right place for us to go...We ordered 2 combo plates... as soon as she set the cups of soup down, the waitress turned right around & set the combo plates down! I had not even picked up my spoon yet. Clearly there is no "cooking" going on! Everything is premade and tossed on a plate. Huge, I mean huge, portions of bland, dried out food....rice was dry, chunks of chicken in everything, dry & tough. No knife on the table so I used my fingers to try & tear a piece apart. Yuk! Manager agreed, cut our bill in half...whatever.. left waitress a big fatty tip & rolled out! Looked in the kitchen... all woks were empty & tubs of premade food in sight. Just checked yelp & saw the health dept violations & are so glad we left!

I really enjoyed eating at Wan Lung Chinese after hiking. We were the only ones in the restaurant, which was normal since it was a Tuesday mid afternoon. Inside the restaurant was simple and clean. The service was attentive and provided us time to order the food. We got tea in the beginning and some water, which we needed after hiking. We ordered the family meals: beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and rice. The orange chicken was amazing! Perfectly fried and seasoned to perfection. I couldn't stop eating it. The beef and broccoli were perfect, just wish there was more beef. Overall it was an amazing meal and definitely will come back again!

Good ol' "Americanized-Chinese" food. Huge plates, pleasant service, quick to the table. Decent flavors, just don't expect a unique dining experience. It is what it is. One tip - the Combo meals are a great bargain, only a buck more than many of their individual plates. We always bring leftovers home!

I live in central Portland and I am willing every time to drive out to Sunnyside when in need of Chinese. It's the best Chinese restaurant I've tried around the Portland Metro. Cannot go wrong with their chicken chow mein! Plus, we love left over Chinese and they always give you a bunch.

The food was okay. Some better than other places we've been to. When my husband and I went it was empty. Not much of a variety to drink either. The rice and noodles were the only thing we liked. The waitress was really nice until it was time to pay. We didn't want to put a tip on the card since we've heard that restaurants sometimes keep it but I had cash on me. So we sign the receipt and put no tip on it and she said "oh you are not going to tip! You forgot tip?" And so my husband said no before he can even say that we are leaving cash she looks at me and starts telling me why no tip you forgot tip and so on. It was so awkward and very uncomfortable. We won't be going there anymore!

The food is fresh, the portions are large and the flavors are spot on. We always start with their hot and sour soup. It's my favorite in town. They add meat and mushrooms and it's always spot on. The kids love the orange chicken and chow mein. Another one of my fave is the General Tso's chicken and Mongolian beef.

This was our first time trying wan lung. The service is very good so friendly. The food came out very quick. We got the Mongolian beef (10/10) which was $17 it was very tasty and flavorful and came with a huge side of rice. We also got dinner #5 came with soup egg flower or sweet and sour, pork fried rice (7/10), chicken chow mein (8/10), general tso (10/10) and all for $18. The proportion is so big. We will definitely be back to try more dishes!
