The food was very tasty. The portions are large. The manager that understood English was very helpful. It was so late when we got there and we left satisfied and happy.

Wings are great. For some reason the person taking the order couldn't tell me how many wings came in one order. I thought that was odd. We received 18 wings for $45. In case anyone is ever curious before ordering. Crispy and tasty wings.

When we first walked in, we were confused and thought the front part was the whole restaurant! The front part is for the bar and the gambling machines. They have a separate seating area for dining. It's nicely decorated and spacious for groups. They give large portions of food for reasonable prices. The waitress didn't speak much English but was very attentive and hardworking.

This is a spot that I've been coming to for a very, very long time. My go to dishes are always the same. I order the hot pot bun bo hue, salt and pepper squid, fish sauce wings, bo tai chanh and the bo luc lac sometimes. Service is always just alright, but food always made up for it.Was in last week and the portion size has decreased significantly. They used smaller wings and smaller squid pieces. The beef in the luc lac were tiny and not much at all. What really irritated me was that he told us he didn't have enough plates for us when we asked when the food came out. We had a party of 12 and there was absolutely nobody in the restaurant area beside us. He said they only have 5 or 6 plates and that's all he gave us. I'm still in shock just thinking about that convo.I used to go 4-5 times a year but I'm not sure if I will go back anymore.

Causal place that you can talk, sing and eat some decent Vietnamese and Chinese food. We like their wings, fried rice, beef, calamari. The only drink they serve is water and the Vietnamese coffee. No dessert. The other side is a bar with gambling machines.

Where do you go late night on a Tuesday to grub after a concert? Utopia that's where. Besides it being open till the crack of dawn the food is legit asian dishes served w a side of karoke and Keno. There's two dining areas to choose from. Main entrance let's ya in bar side along w lotto and small tables. The other side has bigger tables and singing if your desires :) Order up: shaken beef, fish sauce wings, pepper salted squid and Bun Rieu soup. Dishes were tasty and staff was sweet. Might have to make this a weekday go to.

Good place to go with a group of friends and do family style after a night of drinking when there's nothing else open nearby but McDonald's. FYI - if you come late, there's a high chance that you'll walk in on an intense karaoke session. After drinking, everything here tastes delicious. House special fried rice is my fav. Next time I get it, I need to concentrate and figure out how they make it so I can make it myself at home LOL Things I recommend:Fried riceBBHfish sauce wingsBo luc lac Bo tai chanh

My go-to for late night meals, they close around 2am! We always order our go-to dishes, the bo luc lac(steak cubes, we ask for med. Rare, as sometimes its too well done for our liking) and the chicken wings. We also love getting the big pot of bun bo hue to share, its pretty good! The salt/pepper squid is good too! Also, the "raw beef" dish(what i call it), its so flavorful with the sauces.

i came here with a group of friends for dinner and drinks. this place is super spacious and has a casual lounge vibe to it. i heard they have karaoke as well, and i would definitely like the participate if i ever come back!i ordered the #3 which was a rice dish. the meat was tender and super juicy. the egg was fried to perfection and the pickled vegetables balanced out the flavors super well. i also tried my boyfriend's vermicelli noodles and it was a big hearty bowl of deliciousness. the drinks are "dangerous" if you know what i mean the service was super fast. our waiter was super kind and attentive. i really enjoyed my time here and cannot recommend this place enough!

What a hidden gem of delicious Vietnamese food! Came here after a delayed flight at 9pm and this is the first spot we hit up during our trip in Portland. It was nice and quiet on a Thursday night. The place is nothing fancy but it's clean. Tried the Diced Beef Stir-fried in Wine Sauce with Onion and Vegetables and the Deep-fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce, Garlic, and Chilies. It was the best late night food! The food was super flavorful and served hot.
