Turkey Place

So good! I had to order the chicken teriyaki bento again. At this point, I am a regular for pick up orders. I saw someone order a curry dish that looks similar to what my mom made for me growing up. I hope to try that sometime in the future.

Small family, run sandwich, shop, and diner That serves breakfast. Clean nice, but the big feature is hidden behind- a kitchen that really crafts each dish carefully and with pride. I just wanted a breakfast sandwich and it was wonderful. A flaky croissant perfectly toasted with a fresh cooked egg and cheese. I added sausage, but that wasn't necessary.

The owners are SAINTS! If you haven't been here do it! The food is always awesome and the SERVICE!!! Can I give 10 STARS? I just watched them feed a woman in distress and handled with love and grace!

Cute little quick grab and go or small dine in area tucked under a parking garage. Excellent place for a quick and hot lunch. Many options (lots of Turkey), and Korean food too. Got a sandwich and soup today as I'm on jury duty and it really hit the spot. Homemade everything and maybe the best Turkey this side of Hubers, speaking of Hubers, are they still a thing, I hope so.Service is so nice and fast, they are prepared for the downtown lunch rush. Kinda reminds me of the Sunshine cafe, old Portland people? Am I right?

We grabbed some turkey sandwiches here to bring on our hikes. The sandwiches come with house chips (Lays). Everything kinda tasted like it came from Costco.. The service was very nice & helpful. It was a very quick pick up.

Went with a simple turkey sando.Everything was delicious. Simple and to the point. Old school sandwich spot with that vintage flair. Not many places exist like this in Portland. Make sure you stop by and enjoy one of those delicious sandwiches.

Are turkeys big chickens or small ostriches? That is what I want to know! Fortunately our first arrivers to the Americas figured out they are good eating! Just a note, ostrich is very tasty, more like beef tenderloin than chicken. Turkey-centered restaurants range from the famous Fry's Turkey Ranch https://www.yelp.com/biz/fry-brothers-turkey-ranch-trout-run-2 to one or two left from Portland's pre-foodie era.The Turkey Place is in the ground floor retail space of the City motor pool garage. It goes for functional over fancy, and taste over trends, you are not going to find food towers, or sauce squiggles. The price is very reasonable.I had the turkey meal. It was sized right. The star is the gravy. It is very tasty. This is a small family-run restaurant for eat-in or carry-out I'm glad to support in our time of vacant office buildings downtown. Did I say tasty? Yes I did!

I visited Portland and was tired of paying $20 for the tiny underwhelming omelette at the hotel so decided to give this independently owned and family run restaurant at the base of the parking garage across from the hotel a try. I'm glad I did! The omelette choice included fresh sautéed vegetables ($9), with the option for sausage or bacon or ham for just $1 more. Sadly, I was so hungry I failed to take a picture of it but can recommend it without reservation. in addition, the husband (who takes the order and runs the register) and the wife (who is sous chef) or delightful and very nice. If you're looking for a fresh, delicious breakfast option in the downtown Portland area I would strongly recommend this restaurant. I have not had the opportunity to try, but they offer turkey breast sandwiches - with or without stuffing to accompany the cranberry - but I understand they are knock out as well.

Tasty food. Within walking distance of the courthouse. Definitely the highlight of jury duty.

Great spot for a quick grab and go, or even a dine in situation. Theres about four to five tables indoors and more outside. It has many of the sandwiches you would expect, what surprised me were some of the Korean options! Very clean space and very friendly staff. I was in the mood for a hot sandwich so I ordered a reuben. Flavor was definitely packed in the sandwich. I would have preferred a more special/different type of bread but it was regular sandwich loaf bread. Size of sandwich was also on the smaller size. To my surprise though the order came with a small bag of chips!Definitely will come back to try a different sandwich next time! Prices are beyond reasonable for the quick and friendly service
