The Pad Kee Mao was on the lower end of the spectrum of the many Thai options in Portland. The bamboo flavor overwhelmed. Conversely, the mango sticky rice was very good.

Pretty average Thai food. Not good but not bad. Not too much else to say. There are so many great Thai places in town so not for us.

Omg! Finally edible, authentic Thai food in Portland. I'm so happy. We have had a really hard time finding good Thai. We just had this delivered fro. Amazon. One taste of the Tom kha and we instantly knew we found a place worth eating. The food is delicious! Portions are a little small, but worth it if you are craving Thai.

Decent Thai food, but disappointed in the giant single-use plastic containers they serve some dishes in. I'd been aiming for Saint Burrito in this cart pod, as they've been on my list for awhile, but unfortunately were closed when I arrived. Decided to try this place as their menu had some interesting sounding dishes on it. I went with the jackfruit curry, which was just pretty standard tasting. The chunks of jackfruit were so large they needed to be cut to fit in my mouth, and they don't give you a knife to do it (not that I wanted to waste more single-use plastic). The rice was kinda dry and just ok with the curry, which was bit runny. Felt guilty after they served my dish in a big plastic bowl with plastic lid and utensils. China isn't recycling our plastic anymore so all this junk just ends up in a landfill forever. I did appreciate that the food was served very warm.

I ordered from here on Postmates, and everything came correctly. I like am really into Thai Food usually, but I have to say this is not a 5-star place, it like is very average and I would say 3-stars. Maybe I am missing out from something on the other reviews about the Pad Thai, who knows. Yea, just wanted to write this review on that. Also like my food looked nothing like the other past photos on yelp?? Check out my pic. When I order online I use yelp as my reference so this made me super sad.

I was super excited when I noticed this new little Thai cart open up in the pod down the block from my apartment. Not knowing much about it I was skeptical, but today I had the biggest craving for some Asian stir-fried veggies so bae and I walked over to Ton Kao. He went with his favorite, Pad Khi Mao & I tried the Pad Pak (mixed veggies) with white rice and shrimp. Both dishes were a healthy portion size, the sauces were tasty & most of all the food was fresh! My veggies were not overcooked and the shrimp didn't taste like they had been frozen forever (altough I do feel like it was about 30% carrots (which I hate haha) and 30% celery, and the rest were mixed). We'll be back again for sure! Excited to see how they do in this pod :) Best of luck, Ton Kao Thai!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Portland. Some of my favorite dishes are the ton ka soup, the crab rolls, the cashew nut chicken, and the pumpkin curry.
