What a great burger place! I'm not a huge fan of the ordering screens, but they were pretty easy to navigate once you got going. One team member just starting their first day, and they did great! Inside was clean and cozy. Not a lot of seating, but enough for the crowd that was there. The burgers were fantastic! I had a double mushroom-swiss and it was delicious! The bun was soft and fresh, the meat was cooked well, and was seasoned beautifully! The toppings were all spot on! Great flavor balance! I also got some of the garlic aioli for my fries. What a combo! Great location! Great good!

Tip Top you are not. Restaurant: No restrooms! Why?? Where am I supposed to go to wash my hands before a meal? The open kitchen meant I got to see food storage, stacked plastic bags of buns, the work area and got to hear the kitchen where we got to hear one cook scold the other for being late. Also, opening right at the beginning of lunch without a full staff is just poor management. We got to listen to the one cook complain endlessly about orders coming in, of which there were 4 total. Seats were IKEA plastic chairs: uncomfortable and cheap. Food: Orders had to be switched from dine in to to-go. Probably because one cook was focused on complaining about the tiny amount of orders coming in and scolding the late cook and the late cook was focused in aimlessly wandering around tapping on his phone. A 25 minute wait for what was overtly nondescript food. I'd describe it as inoffensive. Service: Nonexistent. Human interaction has been almost totally eliminated and replaced by Mr. Kiosk, or as I'll refer to him Mr. Ki. Mr. Ki isn't big in conversation and the fast food order style of waiting in line doesn't leave much room to call a human over for questions. Mr. Ki also loves to ask for tips to feed his robot family. Overall: What an absolute pisstake of a burger joint. Everyone wanna be a Killer Burger until it's time to do Killer Burger things. If you're gonna do front of house orders on a kiosk, have a staff that's gonna push food fast. If you're gonna he a bistro burger joint, sit people down and employ a human. 30 minutes to wait on a fancy fast food burger with no included side and no soda fountain is a complete insult.

Best Oxtail burger ever! The food and service is so consistently great that I'm a weekly customer. Will always stop to grab lunch at Tip Top.

I visited yesterday for lunch with my coworkers. This sport recently opened so we thought we would give it a try. The menu looked great. I ordered a cheeseburger ($11) and added bacon ($1.50), held a few things, then got curly fries ($4) and a driftwest guava mango passionfruit prebiotic soda ($5). The self service tablet was easy to use especially there being two. The order came fairly quickly. I'd say 7-8 minutes. The burger was pretty good I think. The shredded lettuce was sooooo nice. The tomatoes were cut very nicely. They left off the items I didn't want but forgot to add my bacon I paid for. Or maybe it was small and disintegrated? The patty was pretty thin and a little dry. The bun was very soft but very butter and had a slightly sour/bitter oil flavor. The curly fries were wayyy too salty with the normal salt level selection. They also tasted very bitter. I did not finish them. The driftwest drink was okay, drank it. I wouldn't get it again but was fun to try. Very expensive. The windows of the restaurant from the outside are very dark so it's not super inviting for passerby's. The inside of the restaurant is very bright with cute pink slabs and fun wall decor. There isn't a ton of seating inside but outside there are benches if needed. I don't think I'd come again honestly.

Not really sure why this place should be hipster?Cause they have "bowls", cause you have to order on a kiosk when you come in, cause food is delivered on a backing tray (if you order in)?I don't know and it doesn't really matter as long as the food is good. This shop seems to be two in one. It's called feel good but also Tip Top Burger. It's easy to understand since they have a limited menu - let's say one part feel good which are various bowls and make your own bowl. And bowls is pretty easy: you choose a base (veggies or rice, cauliflower rice or quinoa (hip?)) and then have various toppings for example they offer a Smokey roots bowl that has garlic sumac yogurt | smoked beet, charred onion, sautéed kale + garlic, roasted carrot | dill, mint, pickled mustard seed, bee pollen. All bowls starts at $13 at the time of my review (March 2024). And then they have burgers tip top? We will see. I order an all American cheeseburger (means all the fittings: seasoned with salt and pepper, American cheese, tomato, pickles, shredded lettuce, red onion, 2k island dressing ) add some bacon and 1/4 avocado and I sub the patty for a turkey. So first of all I love ordering at a kiosk tbh since that way I can go crazy and explore what I can add, what I can change or what I can leave out in an order. So I see all extras on the screen I don't have to ask and hold the line with going through all possible additions. So for example they offer more cheeses than American you can switch that. You can ask for more or less sauce etc. you got it :). That's why I love kiosks or online/ app orders so much. Ok back to food, I also ordered a small curly fries with a garlic aioli and a brownie (made with almond flour (which makes it hip with being gluten free, lol). The fries where good and crispy -For me a bit to salty, but that just a personal taste since I always cook salt free. The garlic aioli was just perfect! Then the burger : on first grab I was surprised since the grand central bun was cold! With the first bite I can say it's toasted on the cut sites a sign for a good understanding how a burger should be. Cause toasting it with some butter on the side hold the ingredients better since it basically seals the bread. So that was weird getting a cold bun that was warm since toasted on one side. Anyway the bite was perfect you can taste all layers of the burger. I liked the 2k island dressing and the freshness of the ingredients. Extra (big) points came when I saw and tasted the patty: most places simply have an industrial turkey patty even when they do the main meat patty in house. Not tip top that was definitely an in house (or at least butcher made) turkey patty - kudos that's hip. I had the brownie - and again in my personal opinion only - it was to sweet - but I'll guess a brownie needs to be that way. Taste wise nobody would guess it's gluten free. All in all I spend $22 for the order. A fair price for a good hand made piece of burger. Yumm One thing I wanna mention as well they don't nip you at drinks prices either a liquid death 500ml sparkling water was $2.50.Would I come back - for sure! Hipster or not I like the food and the shop. And don't get fooled from the kiosk the team is still there to answer questions and help with anything and a smile.

Staff, friendly, polite, helpful. Interior, clean, cozy and music at a level that doesn't make my internal grumpy old man angry. The food is good, I tried the avocado green chili burger and the mushroom swiss. I'm not usually a mushroom swiss guy, but I'd actually go back and order this one. Both burgers had a great balance of ingredients that complemented one another and they held together well and were only messy in all the right ways. The meat had a nice char on it but was a nice medium rare on the inside, so juicy and flavorful. The buns are light and given just enough crisp on the grill and they don't fall apart or take the spotlight from the burger or the toppings. I really enjoyed the nice charred chilies, it's the little details that matter. They really are an attractive burger and are equally good tasting. The hand cut fries and aioli other sauces are quite good as well and I like that you get the choice of regular fries, curly fries or tots. You can even add a salad in you are trying to balance out the meal to be a little healthier. There are a lot of good, no great burgers in this town and I'd say that this is one of the better ones, I'll be back.

I like this restaurant and everything was fine except the tots were too salty--over seasoned with a reddish salt blend. It was so salty I asked for it to be replaced and the second order was almost as salty as the first! I brought a small portion home and asked my wife what she thought and she said it was too salty.

The burger was awesome as well as the curly fries. The burgers don't come with fries you would have to buy them ala carte. So we ordered at a tablet at the counter and then preceded to sit down. The server came out with our drinks and food who was very friendly. The place was casual.

All the "small" portions were "sold out". You can order 5 chicken tenders (for $18) but not 3. So lunch for my two small kids and I cost $50, and they barely scratched the surface of their portions - which were not even very good. You barely interact with a human being working there. Order through the kiosk, pour your own water, bus your own food - and the smallest service fee option is 16%.

This establishment was once named Feel Good, but the menu was changed to be burger based than sandwiches.I was craving a burger, so I decided to give this place a try. When you enter, you're welcomed with a couple pads at the counter to order your food. Pretty easy.I ordered the all-American burger and a small fry to go with it. The burger was exactly what I was craving, just a simple burger with thousand island dressing. The shredded lettuce was a nice touch, in my opinion. I plan on coming back to try the bbq burger.
