Our first time here but definitely not the last. The people are lovely. The food terrific and the portions generous. My companion had the Yakisoba with chicken and gave it a 7 out of 10, would definitely have again if there weren't so many other things to try.I had the mango curry and it may be my goto. I doing have a lot of heat tolerance and it was perfect for me. The flavor is wonderful and I am looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.Highly recommend. We'll be back.

This restaurant used to be me and my husband's favorite Thai food restaurant in the neighborhood until recently a several repeated bad experiences make us want to not come back again. First, they close at 3pm for lunch break and I went before 2:30pm and was told I had to sit outside and the server's energy was very rushing which made my lunch experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, my favorite pineapple fried rice was under done, had no fried rice flavor and tasted mediocre. I paid for the same money but not the food that I used to love. Which is making me not want to come for lunch time because the poor quality food due to rushing. There were few more times after as I wanted to give them more chance and order some other fried rice and it came out very soft and mushy. Fried rice is not supposed to tasted mushy. They obviously used over cooked rice for the dishes and didn't care about the quality. I can name a few other dishes that were not the same as before. My husband and I were surprised because we literally always ordered the same thing as our favorite items. And after repeated inconsistent quality, who would want to come back?Maybe the owner of this restaurant could check on their over all quality and service because it's hasn't been as consistent and good quality as before.

The Noodle Bar is overall very, very good. The menu is HUGE (lots of dishes I've never seen at any other Thai restaurant), portion size is generous, and service is hit-and-miss. I've been here twice, and service was rather inattentive the first time (we waited roughly 20 minutes for our check, despite us being one of two tables in the restaurant). The second time fared much better, with the waitress memorizing our order, keeping our water full the entire evening, and checking in on us very regularly to see if we needed anything.I was particularly impressed with the duck fried rice, and the crab puffs definitely seem to be made in-house. Food items here seem to be a notch above most others. I was also quite happy with the non-alcoholic mocktails on offer.Parking can be challenging, as the lot is tiny, and there appear to be a lot of Voodoo Donut patrons who park here during peak times, despite the "No Voodoo Donut parking" signs. The ambiance is weird. The artwork on the walls is very well-done and charming, but the ceiling looks like either paint has worn off, or is filthy. Either or, it would be nice to see an improvement there. On one visit, the music was entirely too loud. Aside from that, it is bright and inviting. The seats are benches on half of the table, and what seem to be entirely too small metal chairs with zero cushioning on the other side. Neither are terribly comfortable.I'd definitely recommend coming here, and am looking forward to my next visit.

Saw a difference in their Pad Thai between those that are ordered there and those that are take out. I posted some photos of the takeout Pad Thai Shrimp and there was very little sauce on it. There was an added charge for the shrimp which is fine but they basically charge you $1.00 per small shrimp. I had 4 of those shrimps which only the Prince of Brunei can afford. Well that was pretty bland for a $17.00 lunch portion.

I'm glad that your restaurant is doing well based on reviews. We customers are the reason why you're staying afloat. So next time don't start clearing the table while we are still eating. That's exactly what you did last time. It was very rude. We were disappointed in service. Food is very good but you need to appreciate your customers.

Came in for lunch after craving pad Thai and wanting to try new place. It is seat yourself if dining in, they have a lot of options on the menu and so many things that sounded good. I went with the pad Thai and ended up getting egg rolls as well after the appetizer of the curry puffs weren't available. The egg rolls were fine, just your standard ones that definitely are premade then fried to order. The pad Thai I believe was made very well, the shrimp were cooked perfectly and still tender, the sauce itself was well balanced but a little on the sweeter side for me. To drink I was boring and just got hot Jasmine tea it was good quality tea and very strong which is a win for me. Over all I had a good first experience and will be back. Service was a little on the slower side as far as greeting and checking in with you.

Friendly service, clean and organized restaurant. Papaya salad and pad Thai were on the sweet side. Crisp fresh vegetables. Good to see Thai restaurant in the Vancouver area.

Average Thai food that I wouldn't go out of my way to try again. Came for lunch and ordered a raspberry iced tea to drink which was good but it is is sweet. For food I ordered tom yum soup, pad Thai, and I tried their chicken wings as well. I thought the pad Thai was ok, it was saucy and didn't have much flavor. The chicken wings were good but they are pretty small. No issue with the soup and was nice portion size. Ambiance is a little weird, they were blasting music, it's pretty small and paint falling off the wall. Service was ok, again I don't see myself returning.
