Came here for dinner and thought it was really tasty. Upon arriving, we were bummed to learn that they are take-out only. But we were set on Thai so we got it to go. I got the pad thai with fresh tofu (excellent), wife got the drunken noodle with fresh tofu (really liked it), kids got same as me and a ramen type soup that was very good. Staff were friendly and we got a free thai iced tea for checking in on yelp AND free spring rolls for ordering over a certain amount of food. I'd definitely come back here again for take-out.

So lucky to have this place so close to my home!!! I tried multiple dishes here and it is my absolute go to thai place. Staff is great and food is made fast, I used both the call in option and their website. Thai Smile is consistent with their quality of ingredients, the level of spicyness and portion sizes. Our go to for Pad Thai in the Gladstone/Milwaukie area. Never disappointed with our orders. They get busy and can take a little longer, so definitely order ahead--since it's take-out only. The portions are big and the staff is friendly. It's a cute restaurant.

As of 10/13/2023, during my most recent take-out order, I saw one of the owners pick up the phone and take an order. So they are going with the Covid's approach of no more dine-in, take-out only, with the added phone order.My favorite item is the Rice Soup! Unfortunately, it only tastes good when eaten fresh and hot so by the time I bring it home, it is a bit sad and less yummy. Often, I would drive to the Clackamette Park nearby to enjoy it while having a wonderful view of the river.As of April 12, 2023, STILL TAKE OUT ONLY!!!!! Check in on Yelp to get your FREE Thai Iced Tea! They were so nice and gave me Thai Iced Coffee instead since I'm not a big fan of Thai Iced Tea because it's always too sweet for me. They do want and prefer you order online to ensure you paid for your order up front; I totally get it since it's a small family-owned business and they can't afford for people not to show up for their orders for whatever reason. Consistent and tasty food quality similar to your homemade meals. Definitely don't let the outside look fool you!

We ordered Ribeye Thai salad (Thai hot spicy), Chicken Satay plate with peanut sauce, and Grilled freshwater prawn Pad Thai. Everything was so good. Thai authentic flavors at a reasonable price. We are from Vancouver, WA but have to stop and get Thai food here when we're driving down south every time.The service was good. Nice and clean inside the restaurant. I would like to give you a heads-up to be prepared that you need to prepay if your order is over $50.

Walking into this spot is like walking back into 2020. They're still taking to-go orders only, maintaining all the COVID protocols, and the dining area seems more for storage.Behind the plastic partition, the gentleman asks, "Would you like to leave a tip?" since touching the screen is not an option. I was taken aback and puzzled, I get more service at a fast food restaurant. Putting that aside, despite how expensive it was, the food was exceptional! I ordered the S4: Kra praw moo sai kai dao. It was beautifully packaged, well-proportioned, and presented.
