I was wondering my way across town and it started to sprinkle and then my friends and I spotted this lovely location. This is not a spot to visit if you are in a rush. Each cup was made with care and the counter people took care to explain the different choices to every customer. The space was crowded on a rainy afternoon but we found a comfortable place to wait for our cups. My friends and I got a chai, a traditional green and a flavored herbal tea. They were all lovely. This shop is on the 2nd floor and I did not see an accessibility option but it's always possible that I missed it.

I was very pleasantly surprised on how cute and big this place was! We went on a Thursday night so it was not that busy and we had the back room all to ourselves. They sell tea in either 20 oz or 32 oz pot. We got the barista's recommendation of strawberry tea with some kind of mint and it was quite enjoyable. I definitely will be returning!

I want to start by saying the tea was fantastic as a tea lover. The old train car is a fun touch and it has a cozy warm atmosphere where you can really hang out and relax with your friends. They way you can smell the teas and look at the leaves was another fun and interesting touch and really enhanced the tea experience. Why I gave it only 4 stars is because my friend was asking a ton of questions to me and the barista because my friend had never really sat down and enjoyed a tea. The barista kept swaying away from my recommendations and talked to me as if I was dumb. Just overall very condescending and she even admitted she knew nothing about tea until she started working there. Kept pushing teas we weren't interested in. Loved the energy of the cafe and the tea was wonderful just that one barista left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is definitely not the same as a Taiwanese boba shop. Its more equivalent to a David's Tea or Teavana (rip). They have a bunch of tea and milk tea "flavors" and different flavored boba including tapioca. Unfortunately they ran out of tapioca pearls when I visited.I accidentally got the green milk tea (thought it was the same as jasmine tea) and a black milk tea. Both tasted very artificial to me. The price wasn't that cheap either but its nice that topping is free. But I had to wait about 20 min for my drinks

Recently hosted a book club here during one of the most sunny days. The atmosphere and views are spectacular, rain or shine. You have hundreds of teas to choose from, I went for their 'calming' herbal tea. I love how they use unique-looking glass mugs and serve your tea to you! Lots of seating to bring a group of people. This would be an ideal study group place! Very quiet atmosphere.

Good vibes, very chill, nice comfy couches. It's a great place to relax, especially if you have time to kill. Also in a great neighborhood to spend a day. I haven't tried the food but the service is great.

I love this location! I always get the same thing, turmeric chai with oat milk. They have a nice little outdoor balcony to sit on when the weather is appropriate. The inside of the building is rambling and beautiful. The selection of tea is absolutely amazing as well. And now they also offer bubble tea.

I ordered a Kashmiri Chai latte & it was yummy! It was a quiet weekday evening and the wait to get the drinks was very long. Maybe 10 mins or longer. So the efficiency needs some work.Staff was very friendly. There are a lot of drinks options and various merchandise to shop for. I ended up buying several merchandise items and different loose tea leaves. Street parking is a hit-or-miss in this neighborhood. I was lucky to find a spot close to the store. I guess going during off-rush hours helped.

This little tea shop has been here for like, forever. Back when I was a student in the early 2000's, I used to come here often with friends as it was one of a few tea/coffee shops around back then. Fast forward to 2023, here I am checking it out again for the first time in a long time. Initially, I was going to order the hojicha tea, but they were sold out. So I opted for a jasmine bubble tea with tapioca balls (half ice and half sugar) instead, plus a cheese bagel because the staff recommended it. The bubble tea was decent, it didn't taste too sugary nor filled with ice, just as I ordered. The bagel took a long time to come, but when it arrived I enjoyed it very much. Nowadays there are so many bubble tea and coffee places, it's hard to choose a favorite. This shop on 23rd in North-West Portland is filled with memories, so it'll always have a special place in my heart. However, the prices are a bit too high and the service is a bit too slow. Also they no longer take cash, which was a surprise. If you are near 23rd and are looking for an intimate place to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet, this place is for you!

Such a cute tea spot! I love the ambiance. Great music and seating area. Tables and couches. Employees are super friendly. The menu is huge, something for everyone. Reasonably priced too. A small tea was only 5$. Would recommend!
