I have never seen a Guatemalan food truck serve so many authentic Guatemalan dishes before. Basically, everything my mom makes was on this menu, it was very exciting to see. I am plant-based so unfortunately I am not able to eat most dishes but that's ok b/c that's how it's supposed to be. I was able to try the bean & cheese pupusas & wow, they were sooooo good. Huge portions, super soft & fresh masa (dough), beautiful repollo (slaw), & salsa. It really hit the spot & I will def be coming back when I'm needing something that reminds me of home. Wish I could eat the Pepian; I saw someone else who ordered it & it looked incredible. The staff was super friendly & humored me when I wanted to know if they were Guatemalan & talk about my family lol. There are tables to sit at with a cover so you stay dry.

Really good pupuseria place. The pupusa was a bean and cheese one, very filling, very good. The typical slaw however was not the one that pupusas typically come with, it was purple in color and had no carrots at all. That was sad. Got a taco plate, Carne Asada. The meat was ok. It was crumbly, was seasoned well but not the best Carne Asada I have had. The beans and rice made up for it however. Very much homemade. The girl who was taking my order had a little bit of am attitude, maybe she was just too hot? That was weird. Overall still a good place to grab tacos and a pupusa.

I was in the area and saw the great reviews on Yelp. We arrived finding the truck easily. There's an inside patio area that you enter to place your orders. There were a few heaters which would be nice because of the cold. The space and truck looked good and clean with no observable issues or concerns. The menu is pretty massive and the prices were not all listed. We ordered the pupusas, asada burrito and asada quesadilla. The gentleman in the truck was friendly and helpful. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and we chose to take it home. The pupusas were great! Wonderful flavor and tender. The asada quesadilla was good sized, had a nice amount of meat and accompanied by really good rice and beans. The asada burrito is huge, like two meals huge. The mixture of meat, rice and beans was amazing! The asada in both the burrito and quesadilla was seasoned great with both tender and crisp pieces. I was also impressed with the lack of grease on the pupusas and quesadilla. My reason for not giving 5 stars was that we found chewy gristle pieces of asada in both burrito and quesadilla. I would definitely return as the flavor were amazing
