Tia Chin for the WIN! My family can't stop talking about how amazing our take out order from Saturday was. Have been looking for great Chinese in Vancouver and haven't had any luck. The food was so fresh, portions HUGE, and both the chicken and beef were moist tender and flavorful. We ordered lemon chicken which was lightly battered with lemon sauce in a separate container. The actual chicken pieces were white meat, no grizzle or chewy weird texture, not greasy- just delicious. Szechuan beef was moist, high quality and the right amount of spice. Crab wontons rocked out world and came with their own sauce on the side. I didn't know they could be so good. Give this new restaurant a try!Inside was small so I don't know if I'd choose to dine in, but we were greeted by 4 different staff folks who were all super happy we were there.

Bottom Line: Best Beef Chow Fun in Clark CountyI got the beef chow fun take out and it was pretty good. As good as any in PDX. Nice wok hei and not too greasy. I took a star off for the cost $16.95 and the interior isn't that inviting for dining in but that's not uncommon for Cantonese joints. The menu has dim sum albeit a little pricey also. I'll work my way through the menu eventually if I can afford to. :-(

Excited for a new Chinese Restaurant! Ordered a few items to take for a gathering. Great flavor, not too saucy and nice portion sizes. Mapo tofu had a nice spice level. Vegetable lo mein was yummy. Looks to be more of a take out place (only a few tables to eat in). Can't wait to try more. Putting their phone # in my contact list!

We dined in at this new restaurant and we are happy to find a Cantonese styled Chinese restaurant that doesn't drown everything with red chili Peppers. Service was great. The restaurant is plain and clean, looked newly renovated. We enjoyed the honey plant shrimp and beef chow fun! Definitely will return to try more dishes.
