Going back for a second taste here was high in priority for both my wife and me. Today we made it for lunch and we're both glad that we did. Unlike a lot of lunch specials, this one didn't have some of the low-cost food. Frills that take away from the main entree at a lot of Chinese lunch specials. This one was the entree rice and a bowl of soup. I went for the general tso chicken with hot and sour soup and the wife went for cashew chicken also with hot and sour soup. The entrees were certainly front and center. The portions were large. Of course they are fresh from the kitchen and they were really delicious. If I had any concerns it would be at the pieces of chicken were too big for me to manage with chopsticks and so I had to resort to use my fork to cut it into pieces so I could eat. We also tried the sesame balls special. It's a a little bit sweet. Kind of like a filled donut hole rolled in sesame seeds. I'm not sure exactly what the filling is. I think some sort of bean paste but it was so delicious served fresh and hot. I've never had anything quite that tasty We'll be going back. I recommend you give it a shot

Located in Vancouver, WA, Szechuan Brothers offers a vibrant journey into the world of Szechuan cuisine. The restaurant's ambiance combines modern minimalism with traditional Chinese accents, creating an inviting space that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The menu is a tribute to Szechuan's bold and diverse flavors. Start with the *Dan Dan Noodles*, a dish that perfectly balances spicy, nutty, and tangy notes. The noodles are perfectly cooked, enveloped in a rich sauce that boasts just the right amount of heat. Another standout is the *Kung Pao Chicken*, which features tender chicken chunks stir-fried with peanuts and vegetables in a tangy, spicy sauce that keeps you coming back for more. For those who enjoy a bit of adventurous dining, the *Mapo Tofu* is a must-try. Its silky tofu and savory, spicy sauce make for a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. Vegetarians will appreciate the care taken in crafting dishes that are just as satisfying as their meat-based counterparts.Service at Szechuan Brothers is attentive without being intrusive, and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations based on your spice tolerance and flavor preferences. In summary, Szechuan Brothers delivers an authentic and exhilarating taste of Szechuan cuisine. Whether you're a spice aficionado or new to the cuisine, this restaurant in Vancouver, WA promises a memorable and delicious experience.

Szechuan Brothers offers such an amazingly authentic Chinese food experience. Not only are they very accommodating to those with celiacs disease, they're able to do so in a way that retains the authentic flavors. It reminds me of Chinese food from Monterey Park in Los Angeles, CA, which is all you need to know.

A friend and I came here for dinner on a Thursday evening. We were quickly seated and offered a menu. After looking through the menu, we went ahead and ordered my favorite dishes from here. I have been coming here often and would typically order these two dishes. But after covid, I would order to-go or have the dishes delivered home. However, we had the opportunity to dine inside the restaurant this time. We ordered the Beef dry hot pot - mild and the fish fillet in chili oil - mild. Both dishes came out exceptionally fast! We were amazed with the speed. Best of all, both of the dishes were amazing. We will definitely come back for when we crave these two dishes.

I've read nothing but great things about this place. I've only eaten here twice, and still on the fence if I love it like everyone else does. I had the wonton soup, which was a first for me (like ever). My guess is that since I've never had this particular soup before, that I am just not a huge fan. So when I went back, I ordered the Hot & Sour soup. I will say, it was fantastic. A little spicy but not terrible, it was so yummy! I also had the Veggie Egg Rolls. I wasn't overly impressed with these but overall, I will say that I will definitely be going back.

This is a regular spot with a few of my friends. We love how they prepare their eggplant so almost always order one of those dishes. They do a great job with fish. We have tried their whole fish, hot pot with fish and fish filled with basil. All very delicious. Many other delicious ones to choose from.

Second time we've gone here. The first time, I got horrible stomach flu the day after we ate there. I thought, well maybe it was just a coincidence. We went back again only to get served raw chicken in the general tso and raw pork in the chili wontons. Unfortunately we ate some before we realized what was going on. My "stomach flu" from last time is looking more like it was food poisoning. I would not recommend this place at all. I regret giving it a second chance.

Excellent service and very tasty meals. I arrived at the dinner hour when all of Vancouver wanted to eat here...very busy.Promptly greeted and shown to a table, followed with hot tea kettle and water. They have an extensive menu, one is paper but the other is like a bound book with color photos.Choosing from the color photos I ordered the lamb skewers, Mapo tofu, and wontons in hot chili oil. They each arrived quickly, piping hot, and so very tasty. As usual, I ordered too much and couldn't finish it. But I didn't leave it behind, taking it to go back to my hotel for a snack later on.Excellent food and service. Give them a try, you will be pleased.

I waited to write my review until my second visit in case my first visit was a fluke. Spoiler alert. It was not. I have had about 14 different dishes here and every single one was a banger. The Dan Dan noodles are fantastic. They're on the soupy side but the sauce is delicious. Just the perfect balance of Szechuan peppers. The fried rice is a staple and it's done expertly. The sesame chicken? Yas please. I recommend going with friends and splitting a bunch of dishes. 1 entree would easily feed 2 people. We did a dish per person in our group and it was an absurd amount of food. Twenty bucks on this ppace expanding to a fancier location within two years.
