Sweet Betty's

Arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday and there was a wait (as expected). I went in and told the fellow we had a party of 3. He said it would be around 20 min. No problem. We waited outside and did not pay attention to how long we had been waiting and then I kept watching people go in and not come out (which I assumed meant they had gotten tables) and went to check on our table. I asked if he needed our name for the table and he said..."you didn't give me your name?" I told him that he didn't ask for it and the he was all...oh, this blank spot for 3 must be yours, your table is up next. I stepped outside (5 feet from the door) to tell my two people that our table was ready and when we all got back to host table it was confusing, because he was talking to a different group of two fellows and placed two menus on a table for two. It was just really confusing because we were a table of three. I mentioned my confusion (to the people I was with) and he heard it and snapped his reply to me, which still didn't make any sense to is. He seemed to get irritated by what I had said, which was not directed to him). I tried to make a lighthearted comment about him "multitasking" and I'm not sure he understood how I was trying to be gracious towards him, as I deeply understand great customer service. We finally got to our table and were handed three menus. The wait for our server was long...but, fine, we needed to all catch up and we are chill. Side note: my menu was FILTHY. Not new filth, many hands had touched this menu. It was pretty gross.ALLLLLLL of that being said, our server was cheery (clearly busy, we totally got it) and the food was delicious! Would definitely give it another go.

Solid breakfast fare in a unique environment. We visited on a Saturday morning. There was a reasonable wait before we were shown to a table. That gave us plenty of time to take in the decor (which included bamboo and greenery, bears and tigers, a stuffed seal and a mounted blow up unicorn head), even if not enough time to come up with a succinct name for the style. We would have loved to sit out on the patio, but didn't love that we'd have to come inside to place orders, so opted for a table. As for the food, my husband was happy. Bacon was good, eggs were yummy, hash browns were great. My breakfast sandwich with ham and eggs over medium was pretty good too, if a bit on the salty side. Our server was very friendly and attentive when sea to my us and taking our initial order but from there it was pretty tough to get any additional attention or add on orders. We'd probably visit again when we're out that way, with the hopes that fun new things will be added to the decor (it looks like it might be ever evolving) and that the service will be kicked up a notch.

This is the first time we ate here. It was a Sunday, lunchtime, and there was a waiting list, waited for about 15 mins. I saw seats at the bar, and told hubby, we should just take those. A second later, our host asked if we'd like to sit at the bar, as if, he heard me!Looking around, it looks like a 'fun' place for a meal! The decor was child-like awesome. Our food, was your typical choices, familiar in most of my reviews, except hubby's had the Reuben Burger, yes there's a hamburger in the bottom of his Reuben! We both had Hungarian Mushroom. They were all too much for us, but very good!I would definitely bring my church group here for our luncheon, 2025!The restroom, could do some improvement!

Love Sweet Betty's if it hadn't been for another local breakfast place being so horrid, I may never have discovered SB. I kind of blew it off thinking SB was just a bakery. Very mistaken! Every time I have dined /taken out here has been delicious. I try something new always. From chilaquiles to biscuits and gravy - always yummy. Don't forget a cocktail. Huckleberry cocktails - yes please. Flavored ice cubes so drinks aren't watered down. Very friendly staff with kind of a hipster ambiance (forgiven because the food and service are great!). Only draw back is they are only open for breakfast and lunch, but worth the wait to the weekend.

One of our favorite breakfast spots in Gresham. We've had several of their omelets they have all been amazing. They come with hash browns or home fries and toast or pancake. Their pancakes are the size of a dinner plate, they are delicious.

Oh Sweet Betty's!! Ok... this place is a vibe! The staff were extremely accommodating and the food was really good! (I suggest the strawberry crapes). Had a great meal!! I'll be back!!

Arrived on a Thursday morning 9am, and we were greeted with a friendly smile. We had our pick of tables and took a huge bench table at the windows.The eggs Benedict's had been recommended, so that's what I ordered, and my date ordered biscuit breakfast with eggs and sausage.Table service was great.Our breakfasts came out of the kitchen is a reasonable time.Overall, the gravy was herby and tasty. My Benedict was yummy, and I took one of them home. My date took home a biscuit and gravy.Coffee was a bit on the weak side, but we're accustomed to espresso, so that's understandable.We recommend and will return.

What a lovely little gem in Gresham! We came on a Sunday for brunch and, well, as expected, we had to wait quite a long time for our table. However, service was excellent and friendly/warm. I had been in a few months prior and the waitress actually remembered me! Food was good, I had gotten one of the specials at the time, the blueberry ricotta pancakes. Very tasty and big portions so I was able to share. Otherwise, prices are a bit high. Glad to have a solid brunch place nearby though!

Amazing and delicious! You gotta try this Gresham landmark restaurant! Service is pretty awesome too!

Sweet Betty's rocks. Great Eggs Benedict, Great Staff, Super Bloody Mary's. Will go back again.
