We got the pancakes and elderflower juice. Both were very delicious. The juice was very refreshing!Will definitely have to come back to try the meat!

We love this food truck. The food is always delicious. Service is superb. Staff is super friendly. Love their elk stew.

I was looking for something more than just fast food the day I discovered this place. Don't get me wrong, the other trucks have great food, but this place is on another level!I got the meatballs, which came with the mandatory side dishes. The gravy was excellent, I only wished I had a lot more (I like to drench my potatoes in gravy). The lingonberry and pickled cucumber were amazing! We also ordered the cardamon buns which are perfectly sweet and warm.The food was so good, and the ladies were so nice, that we came back to get three more orders of their cardamon buns.On the second visit, I also ordered the Gravlax, Elk sliders, and Janssons. The Gravlax and sliders came with some of the best potatoes I've had in my life. I love big potato wedges, these are the type you'll find in fancy restaurants. They are lightly fried, come with some small carrot pieces, and are well seasoned with dill. It's the perfect complement to the salmon and sliders.The sliders were amazing. For anybody wondering, Elk is worth trying, it's not that gamy, and the other ingredients in the sliders complement the burger. The meat was juicy, and the buns were nice and fluffy, probably brioche. My favorite slidder was the one with blue cheese and onion, but it's like picking your favorite kid, it's hard to pick a favorite!The Janssons was a big surprise for me. It resembles a potato hash. It has the most umami flavor I've ever had. The use of spices and fish makes the whole dish taste out of this world! I highly recommend it! I've never tasted potatoes this good.If you want food that looks and taste like it that was made with care and love, definitely try this place. I'm happy I found this place, I'll be coming back as often as possible.

I was brought up with deep Scandinavian roots. Still have lutefisk at Christmas. Ordered safe and went with the meatballs and cardamom rolls for dessert. I think the photos I posted explain my review of Svensken. Fantastic authentic meal. Down to the coffee. No photo of the rolls, the smell did me in and I ate them before the photo op. Will definitely be back and explore more on the menu. tack så mycket Svensken

After looking over the menu, several of us decided to experience their food. We included an appetizer platter, elk burger sliders and full burgers, and the Swedish meatball dinner. My average review has nothing to do with the food, which was unanimously considered very good and well prepared. However, it took almost an hour for our order to be prepared . I felt like they must have needed to butcher the elk before they could make our dinner. Plenty of parking and a nice covered area to wait in. Very nice lady running the food truck too.

The Elk burgers and salmon chowder here are excellent. Rich flavors and comforting with fresh ingredients. Good at any time of year but perfect for cold days. They make their own smoked salmon (gravlax). Family has been here several times and still working our way through their menu.

The cardamom buns are delightful, not too sweet, very flavorful, great dough, and they pair well with a coffee! The elder flower beverage was too sweet for me. And I hope they make a savory vegetarian option in the future. The two people working here are so kind and cheerful! We visited this truck twice in one day; the cardamom buns are that good!!!

Fantastic, well made, fresh food. Everything was flavorful. The meatballs get an a+ and the gravy was so yummy. We will definitely be eating from here again. It was nice to have something unique and new to try. The service was spectacular as well.

Everything is Homemade here. The Meatball meal is my Favorite. Good food just takes time. The staff is friendly. The Fork is Newly renovated with Lots of choice and this one stands out. I love the bread basket too.

Great unique food. Lots of smoked salmon on the salad and the wrap with mash potatoes and hot dogs was interesting and very filling!
