What a great find! Was here from Eugene at OHSU and stumbled across this little cart...that's the only thing little here. The portions for the price were amazing, hot fresh and flavor filled curry was delightful and to be honest unexpected. $7 for red curry Thai hot of course was not a disappointment PlUS I couldn't even finish it. I special ordered, no rice extra veggies and there was no extra charge. Thai spice was how I like it, mouth scalding. I know where I am coming the next trip up here. FYI Cash Only

A wrong turn and a little serendipity landed me on Moody Avenue, where I found Sutisa's at lunch time. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and Thai iced coffee."How spicy do you want it?" asked the woman behind the order window."Spicy," I said."No, how spicy?" She pointed beneath the window to a standard, 8.5x11-inch piece of white paper with these directions:MILDRegular. No spice to very little spice, depending on the dish. This means: this dish as it is, in its original form, with no additional spice added.**Mild-to-medium is recommended if Medium is too spicy for you.**MEDIUMAbout half of a teaspoon of Thai chili. (For curry dishes, this means a little bit more of the curry paste is added.)HOTOne teaspoon of Thai chili (For curry dishes, this means extra curry paste plus Thai chili.)EXTRA HOTTwo teaspoons of Thai chili. (For curry dishes, this means extra curry paste plus extra Thai chili.)THAI HOT teaspoons of Thai chili.I chose hot and loved it. I wish I had the guts, literally and figuratively, to order my entrée THAI HOT. I uploaded pictures of the dish, the front of the food cart, and the all-important spicy matrix. How good was the food? If you are visiting Portland, the Thai food is so good you'll rave about your meal to friends at home and, then, perhaps as an aside, mention riding the tram.KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: * Cash only. Don't look for sympathy from regulars in the queue. * "The price of each entrée is according to your choice of protein. Chicken ($6), Tofu ($6), Vegetables ($6), or Shrimp ($7)." Good grief. I saw more customers order tofu than shrimp, both for their salad rolls and their pad Thai. * The eggplant entree isn't always available. Call ahead (503.462.5746). Order it without question and consider yourself blessed. I watched three other customers try to order it only to be told it wasn't available. Each customer's head dropped and shoulders rolled into a posture you'd expect on a Blazers fan after a playoff buzzer. * Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea are $1 each. Seriously. $1. Wow. * Open 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Weekend tram tourists have to make do with the establishments surrounding Elizabeth Caruthers Park

Incredible Thai place especially for how cheap it is ($6 entree, $7 for shrimp entree, $1 Thai ice tea/coffee/any drink). Wonderful selection & spiciness (mild, medium, hot, extra hot, Thai hot (infinity scoops of chili apparently)) Excellent service and will definitely come back again to this cute little food truck!

This food cart is right by where I live. They are always very friendly and happy to have the business, especially during Covid19. They take extra precautions on handling the food and preparing for pick up. I love the yellow curry and the Tom yum soup. I have had a few other dishes and all of them have been very good. I just wish they were open on the weekends!

Their "medium" is really freaking spicy (I've unfortunately made this mistake more than once) but mild is not spicy at all. The mild-medium option is probably a good compromise but I always forget to order that one. Food is cheap and fast and portions are enough for more than one meal for me. Just remember to bring cash!

Walk-up visit for a single entree at 11:30 on a Friday. The employees who took my order and made my food were as cute as the yellow building itself. I order the Pineapple Fried Rice with fried tofu on top, sad I passed up the $.50 peanut sauce. Taste was perfectly Medium spicy like I ordered and sweet like pineapple fried rice should be. Huge chunks of pineapple, raisins, cashew and green onion. The box was enough food for two people easily. If I could give a 10/5 I would. Not a single complaint.

Spotted a little food truck on the side of the road and couldn't help but stop by! I've been craving some good pad Thai for the longest time so I ordered some chicken pad Thai with some Thai iced tea! I couldn't believe when she told me my total for all of that was $7!!! Super cheap and they give you a lot! I couldn't even finish the pad Thai. Since it's on the side of the street, the tables that were provided weren't really clean but I honestly didn't even care because I was so excited to try the food! The Thai iced tea was so delicious but I wasn't really crazy about the chicken pad Thai. It was super saucy and there were big chunks of fried egg.. I'm super picky when it comes to pad Thai so I wasn't a crazy fan of this one. The sauce tasted great though! Not too sour which I liked. If you're a pad Thai lover and not really picky, check this place out! It's totally worth the $6!

Previously known as "Let's eat Thai" it was transferred over to new ownership. I would say still the great quality and big amounts of food- only change is they raised prices $1 which still makes it very inexpensive. The Pad Thai is my go to, SO GOOD! Tried the Thai tea which was delicious as well and only $1. It's so close to my house which makes it a little dangerous because how good it is. Highly recommended and will be back soon!
