We were feeling like trying a different place and were just kind of browsing online when we saw the Yummy BBQ Noodle House. Well that caught our attention so of course we wanted to check out their menu. They pretty much had us hooked right off the bat because they had some items on special at the time and they all sounded so good it was hard to decide. Saw this driving down 82nd and decided to try it out. We ordered the super plate, Super Bowl, and salt and pepper squid. Portions were huge, the bbq was prob some of the best I've had. This location has switched multiple owners and today, we have Sushi Yummy & Chinese restaurant. Outside definitely has seen better days and inside is average. As big as it looks from the outside, the dining area is very small. Fits roughly about 8 to 10 tables. The food price is average with below average food quality. During my visit, I found a stand of hair in my beef chow fun. When I brought it up to the waiter, he asked if it was my hair. I was shocked by the response. I froze for a few seconds speechless. I got a rainbow roll which was missing the avocado. The fish is very low quality; you can't take a bite through the raw fish without having to rip through it because it's very sinewy. It also tastes like there was sugar poured into it--in the imitation crab mix I believe. The crab rangoons are decent but have very little filling.

The chicken used in the General Tso's and sweet & sour is fried to a perfect crispness and the chicken is tender and juicy. The sauce on both is wonderful. The General Tso's reminds me of a beloved restaurant in San Francisco in its quality and flavor. My only critique - the sweet & sour lacked pineapple but that is a personal preference.
