Came back here for dinner again. This time on a Thursday night, it was busy and there was a wait. We came on a Wednesday last time and there was no wait and not many people dining for dinner. We had a large group, so we waited a bit for a booth. When we got seated, the waitress's came to get our order after about 5 minutes. The food took some time to come out, but everything came out all at once. We did make a big order and it was busy too. I really enjoy their nigiri in particular the salmon belly and the seared salmon. It's my favorite since the first time I tried it here. The flying fish roe nigiri and unagi were good too. We ordered a bunch of different sushi rolls such as the classic spider roll, then a makin it rain roll, some dragon roll, shrimp rolls and some others. We also ordered a sashimi combo - which was delicious. All the sashimi tasted fresh and we really liked their salmon and white tuna. The regular tuna was good too, very meaty. We also got the calamari and takoyaki again (not pictured), very good and freshly made to order. Service is decent, they check on you for water refills but rest of the time you're enjoying your meal. There's good amount of parking here too. Since our last visit, it looks like they added a little camera to take some photos, which is really cute. Likely I missed this the last time we went. Overall, will definitely come back here again and probably my favorite sushi spot in Vancouver.

This place is a hidden gem. Hidden in a strip mall in east Vancouver. The fish is fresh, sushi is good, and the service is attentive. It's not a fancy place, but a small place that locals love. It's a little spendy.Despite some of their rolls say 12, you will only get 8. 3 rolls will be enough for two people.

I love this place! We've been back quite a few times since they've opened and we've had great experiences every time. We especially love the lunch special, and order the crisp shrimp roll (our fave) and California rolls along with a miso soup. It's usually my mom and I who go together and we also order some sort of premium roll as well and it's a good amount for us. It's super cute in there, and clean! The service is always nice and efficient. Even on Mother's Day when it was packed they were working hard to get everyone seated and fed and doing a great job.

We stopped by for lunch and the staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant has some of the cutest decor, sushi everything. The lunch special was 2 sushi rolls of your choice, cucumber salad, and soup for just under $17. Absolute steal. I chose the spicy salmon roll, and the Vegas roll, then added on some seared salmon. Very impressed, and enjoyed everything we got. We will definitely make this a regular spot!

This is not going to be the fanciest sushi you've ever had BUT for the price this place is a true gem! I'm so thankful we have this sushi spot in Vancouver it is our new go to!We've been so many times that one of the waiters remembers us as the "salmon lovers" couple because everything we get always has salmon on it lol. And all their salmon rolls are delicious and fresh!!Service is always so wonderful and this is the perfect place for a quick sushi dinner or sushi takeout! It is truly our favorite local sushi spot!!

I was on business in Vancouver this week and chose to order a couple rolls for pick-up. The online app is simple to use and works great. When I arrived to pickup my order, the person working at the front counter was greeted me immediately and was extremely Kind and friendly. My order was ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. When I got back to my hotel room and removed my tray of sushi, it was in perfect condition, like you would experience when dining in. Their packaging is ideal and will ensure your food arrives intact. The rolls that I chose were large in size and generous with fish portions. The fish was really fresh and of high quality.Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely return to try more rolls, the next time I am in town!

This is my reward for going and doing chair yoga. I brought all my people today. Oh, my goodness, the mass of food!3 of us got the sushi lunch special. 6 huge rolls so lots to share. Wonderful miso soup and I love the cucumber salad.The yakisoba was great. My partner said the katsu Bechicken was good (she'd never had it so I'm not sure how it compares for people who love it, but everything else is good so I believe it it.) We also got tempura to share, it was crispy and perfect. The highlight of the meal was Matthew. He was so helpful. My friend is on an elimination diet. He shared his knowledge freely, making suggestions of changes to fit her diet. Service the rest of the meal was prompt and friendly.This is such a great value for awesome food and service.

This place is pretty legit!!! The sushi is fresh and the portions are pretty good size too. The service is good and it does not take too much time to get your food after you order it. I got the yakisoba noodles this time. It was pretty good. Little greasy as I can see they used a lot of oil to cook it. This is one of my go to sushi places now.

I ate here with my sister for lunch and it was pretty good, service wise too. But for some reason, behind me, with me facing a mirror I saw the reflection of a TV and on that TV a fish was being brutalized. Like, cutting his scales off, cutting his face off, pretty gorey stuff and I don't consider myself squeamish. It ruined my appetite, I ate 3 sushi pieces same with my sister. I felt nauseous tbh after that. Good food for takeout.
