Super Bowl PDX

Owner is super nice and accommodating. We ordered some dishes to eat family style at our table: fried rice, shrimp tempura, and mango sticky rice. The shrimp are delicate, crispy and the sauce is tasty. The mango sticky rice steals the show. I've sampled a bunch of mango sticky rice around town and have to say this cart perfectly makes it. It was gone in seconds.

I've been here a few times and would say it's a-okay overall. The staff are super friendly and enthusiastic about their menu. I had the roast pork bun today, and it was warm and squishy in all the right ways. The chicken teriyaki was fresh and had a nice mix of vegetables, but I found it was a bit too saucy for me, though it's possible the sauce container spilled a bit. I had the chicken kara age some time ago and would say it's closer to sweet and sour chicken batter than kara age which isn't necessarily bad in and of itself but not what I was looking for. I would say it's an okay option overall.

Amazing food and even better service! The owner is a real LGBTQ ally with a charming personality! I send my friends there a lot, just because she deserves to stay open, and queers deserve to have a safe place to eat.

We came here last night hoping they would have their orange chicken special but they didn't. We got it a couple months back and I had been dreaming about it ever since!While I was a little disappointed (but not too much, it was a special after all!) I didn't want to leave empty handed. Their special last night was a cheese corn dog! I had never had one before and the wonderful woman working said it's a super popular item. So I got one to try and wow... I wish they would put it on the menu! It was seriously so good. Crunchy, cheesy, and had the best spicy mayo on top. Definitely recommend grabbing one if it's on special when you drop by!Other than food... the staff here is so incredibly friendly. Every time I go they are always smiling and offering suggestions!

My favorite food cart in this pod. There are lots of great options here but there's nothing like a lovely spicy pad Kee mao on a hot day. It's my favorite thing. I also requested a tofu salad roll instead of the shrimp and she made it for me fresh. Amazing food, great service, I've already been here many times and I'll be back many more.

I got the special Crispy Chicken Bowl and yummmm it was perfect. Delicious chicken, similar to an orange chicken I've had before but super crispy and saucy and well flavored. The veggies were perfectly steamed and healthy tasting so it was a perfect balance. Will definitely go back for more! Food is quality and people are super nice.

The service was friendly but that's about as much as I can say. Takoyaki was nearly the worst I've ever had. Texture felt like the dough wasn't cooked thoroughly. Ajitsuke Tomago was also under seasoned and over cooked. Probably won't try again.

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen with Chicken and added vegetables to it. It is very good and lots of food. The woman working was so nice! I love supporting local food trucks. Definitely coming back for more.

I wish this place would focus their menu and make less dishes but better. They have a menu of everything remotely Asian, but don't seem to make anything well, or at least I haven't discovered that yet. I was so excited when I saw an Asian food truck open at this spot. The worst was the vegetarian ramen I got - incredibly bland, with some sad carrot pieces and unseasoned tofu chunks. Maybe they just aren't good at vegetarian food, but that seems like a problem being that we are in Portland.The lady at the counter is incredibly nice, so I guess that's why I give 2 stars.

I had the sweet potato SBK dog which was absolutely delicious. The breading was fantastic and the sauce topped it off really well. The breading was crunchy at the first bite then chewy. Come visit this cart! The lady running it is so nice too and passionate about her food.
