I highly recommend to support this wonderful family owned business. They are very friendly and very generous with their samples! We have already recommended to two people and will post on Instagram and Facebook! Reasonable prices too! They seem to use a high quality of halal meat too! Very tender!

I came here to check out the dessert but ended up ordering a meat dish to stay and dessert to go. Had no idea they also made fresh pita or I would've ordered some to go. All the savory and sweet baked goods I tried were wonderful. Pita bread was good, too. Rice and beef kabob dish was tasty, too. Will definitely be back. They have a bunch of drink options in the case too (nostalgic). They had some random desserts come out fresh when we left. It took some time to get food, but it's worth it. I recommend calling ahead to order if you don't want to wait.

This place is fairly typical to what you might see in the Middle East. Desserts are wonderful especially the baklava (baklawa). Sometimes they don't have everything that's shown on the menu, but everything we tried was really good including their Kanaffa. It's hard to find good Knaffa in this area. And there is plenty of parking. The customer service and communication is a hit and a miss, but not enough to remove one star.

OMG, so good. And so many Arabic sweets. The woman there started giving us tastes of things and we ended up buying way too much. Definitely try the honey cake, it won't be like anything you've had before.

Lovely bakery, mini-store and restaurant. Very friendly, family-owned, and of course, the food is tasty! I like the #1 with rice, plus a side pita and hummus. Always look forward to coming back.

Amazing little Iraqi/Arabic place, the owners are super friendly and very accommodating.Their Znood al Sit زنود الست(egg rolls pastry shape filled with cream fried and dipped in sugar heavenly syrup topped with Pistachio) were to die for! Their Zaatar maaqesh مناقيش زعتر(Zaatar herb pie) freshly baked was amazing.Their Laham Be Ajin لحم بعجين(Meat pie) were amazing! We ordered the grilled chicken and meat kabab, and it was very juicy and full of flavors. They make all sorts of Baklava, deserts, petit fours, and bread!

We showed up at the end of the night so most things were gone BUT the available food was yum and the desserts? The best I've had since Dubai. Just sayin'Service was excellent! We came from far, we asked to sit and eat here, it was okay. The ambiance is nice. Seems like a to-go place more and more seating was outside but it's fall so it's raining...All in all, if you're ever in Portland and you're tired of burgers and fries or just want to grab something sweet? This should be your to place, hands down!
