Suki girl, me & you need to talk neooooow. I've had bad ramen, actually my other worst was in Oregon as well. This ramen actually takes the cake as my least favorite ramen I've ever had :(When they don't give you a spoon with your ramen, I'm assuming it means you're not supposed to want the broth. That should've been my first bad sign. The broth smells weird, I was joking with my husband saying it smells like subway. The pork was DRY. I mean if I would've ate it there I would've returned it dry, and I neverrrr return food. The ramen comes with spinach, which is new for me, and I will definitely not elect for it again. I ordered miso with pork chashu and asked for it to be spicy... the broth taste like nothing. Taking a sip of water between bites and I can't taste the difference between the two. No salt, no flavor, nothing. The ingredients other than the spinach I can't taste. The spinach overpowered everything. So basically eating boiled spinach in water. I didn't need the forgotten spoon after all. The only decent thing is that the noodles are cooked well. The lady at the stand was very nice. The food came out in a decent time. Unfortunately, I'm not going back for seconds and wouldn't recommend someone to try their ramen. Cheap isn't always good for a reason. Sorry :(

Delicious ramen for just $10. Lots of noodles and the broth is tasty, although a bit saltier than my preference. Definitely come here when you want a quick and casual ramen spot. I like that the meat is generous and the egg is just the right amount of runny yolk. Repeat customer for sure.

Very glad to enjoy this place at Cartlandia. Even on a warm day, their Ramen just sounded so delicious. I had the shio broth which is a bit more salty. It was good and very flavorful. All the vegetables as well as the hard boiled eggs were just fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Was in the area and it was cold so I decided to get some ramen. It doesn't disappoint but I should have gotten it spicier to really give me a kick. Loved the food and I will be back just for the ramen. I would recommend this place for sure yum yum!!!

Two friends and I were visiting Portland in October 2019 for a few days, and decided to spend most of our Thursday eating. We had been to the Portland Mercado right before coming here, and in an effort to drum up our appetite, walked the 2 miles from there to Cartlandia. My friends and I were in the mood for something warm and comforting; the weather was nice enough, but given the time of year it was pretty chilly. Cartlandia was pretty empty when we arrived around 2:30 PM, although many food carts were around and operating. We did a quick tour and Mizu Ramen looked super appealing, both based on the menu and a quick internet search. My friends and I ordered 1 bowl of miso ramen (plus half an egg, extra charge) to split. The ramen came out in a reasonable amount of time and was nicely presented, with a generous amount of meat and toppings. After settling at a nearby table and snapping pictures, we split the ramen. The broth was so, so flavorful and absolutely delicious, while the meat was very tender. None of us were super hungry given we'd already spent most of the day eating, but this ramen was so delicious that we finished it off pretty quickly. I can only imagine how amazing it would've been if I'd come on an empty stomach. I would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area; I'd love to come back hungry and get my own bowl and be able to customize my own toppings (the menu had bamboo shoots, which I love, but I couldn't convince my friends to add them). I appreciated the bowls weren't plastic; you bus them when you're done. This cart only accepts cash, so come prepared!

Baby it's cold outside. With winter near, warm yourself with a bowl of ramen from Suki Ramen. This food cart is located in Cartlandia which has ample parking. The ramen is heartwarming and flavorful. You have several options for additional toppings. Feel free to go all out and add enoki mushrooms, an extra egg, kimchi, pork, or corn. They also have rice bowls if you want to change it up.The owner/chef is friendly and greeted me with a smile. Shop local and support this small business!

It can definitely get better., lady was super nice tho., but the broth needs to simmer longer waay longer. The flavor just isn't quite there yet. Please no spinach, This would be the first for me.,Flavor: 1/5Staff attitude: 5/5Ps: if anyone knows where to get the best ramen in Portland, lemme know. Thanks!!

I could not believe the level of quality ramen that Tao is serving out his food cart. I stumbled across Cartlandia cause I was down the street at Best Buy. Decided to grab some lunch and out of all the carts. I choose Miss. Ordered the classic Miso with some mushrooms. After a few minutes, I got my food. First I was surprised of how big the bowl was. This was a huge bowl of ramen. The pork and broth quality of this ramen definitely compares and even surpasses quality some restaurants have. Overall: This place is worth a try for sure.
