Stark Street Station

Had the ham & Swiss quiche and a Pumpkin Mocha latte... They were both excellent and the service was great! The ambiance is super cool as it used to be an old Fire Station back when they had horse drawn steam pump engines! The horses lived on the very floor you sit and enjoy your food and drinks on! The place is allegedly haunted by the ghost of a fireman that fell out of the hay loft above the horses... I give this place two thumbs up! Gabe

Of course I'll write a positive review for this coffee shop. The yummiest pastries ever, great inside seating, super positive employees... and a great covered outside space for almost any time of the year. I didn't order coffee today because they didn't have a brand of chocolate for my mocha that I prefer. But my husband did order coffee, and it was good. We also shared a piece of banana bread that was freshly baked.

A beautiful space with appreciated very nice comfortable seating, but unfortunately the rest of my experience there was just okay/mediocre - to the level where for me, honestly I might have been better off staying at home. As at least one other reviewer I saw here noted, the coffee was kind of shockingly weak and disappointing. My 20oz latte was almost all milk and I have never before had to fight so hard to try to identify any hint of actual coffee at all in it (and I thought this was a coffee house?!). Perhaps the counter kid was new and made an error? The baked goods did look exceptionally delicious but the bagel I got was, I think, microwaved as it was warm and very chewy, not toasted as I was expecting, and an unusual critique here for me - actually too much cream cheese rather than too little....gobs and gobs of cream cheese!? It was tasty enough and I scraped off the excess slathered layers where there was so much cream cheese and ate it all, but I could only get about halfway through my cup of warm milk, aka, "latte" before it became unpleasant and I threw the rest out. Also as other posters noted, the clientele seemed to be mostly senior citizens, maybe from the church across the street and they seemed to enjoy the place so maybe that is their business model and it works for them.

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Our go-to for coffee and bagel sandwiches. Michael and crew are the best!!!

So glad i finally got to stop in. Im always in the area and always seem to miss them by an hour or two. First of all the baristas are all sooooo kind and let me try a few different samples of their baked goods. The muffins r so yummy + they had a sort of coconut choco coated thing that was soooo good. Tasted like an almond joy w/o the almond. The sandwich I got was sooo fresh and tasty same w the latte. All the baristas seemed to be having a good time working which is always cool to see. Will definitely be back.

Had lunch here with a friend before going for a walk through Mt tabor park. I had the Mediterranean quiche and an iced americano. The quiche was so large and delicious, it was an effort to finish this! Would stop here again for another visit.

This is my favorite neighborhood coffee shop, where the cheerful and welcoming owner Michael is showcasing the special valentine's day cookies he made. He uses white chocolate frosting, yum. Michael and his staff work hard to know the regulars, which I appreciate.The various drinks are solid, as are the food options. I come here consistently because of the service and atmosphere.

Really good spot for breakfasts, lunch, or just hanging out.Along with our coffees we had the kale, bacon, and parmesan quiche. Deliciouls and expertly made. Exceptional pastry. One of our friends couldn't stop praising it. The restaurant itself has a relaxed and lovely interior. Super-polite wait staff.Five stars all around.You can tell Stark Street Station is a place that the owners and managers care about and work hard on to maintain high standards. Strong recommend.

Chicken pot delicious!! I had the frittata last week and had to come by this week for the chicken pot pie and it's 10/10 amazing! Fun ambience and the workers are as friendly as they get! Oh yeah, coffee is perfect too!

Extremely basic sandwiches. The guy taking our order was hella argumentative with my foreign mother who is not the best with communication.
