Once my partner and I tried their chickpea patty sandwich (I don't know what it's called), I keep day dreaming about coming back to eat it. Since then, we've tried their black squid ink pasta and eggplant sandwich. But that layered chickpea patty focaccia sandwich is the real thing. Because of it's subtle flavor and texture, it feels like a comfort sandwich. And their roasted potato side is amazing!! It tastes like golden yukon and it's super soft and flavorful.Just writing about it makes me want to go back

This is the cutest food truck with an outside sitting area. Service was super friendly and suggested the special since it's not always available. The bread was amazing and for sure the star. My sandwich had grilled halloumi, an eggplant based paste and a kind of slaw. The flavors mixed well together and I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. When I ordered I did think the sandwich had actual pieces of eggplant so it wasn't exactly what I expected but that was my misunderstanding. It came with a small side salad lightly dressed with a vinaigrette and crunchy chickpeas. Everything was great. I would love to go back and try the other eggplant sandwich as well. The price wasn't outrageous , but a little more than I'd normally pay for a sandwich. That said, each component was fresh and light. I enjoyed that it was something different

Tasty, but paninis are not pressed and toasted like you might think, maybe because they use very good fresh baked bread. The focaccia was very good, with a minty fresh olive oil. We got a couple sandwiches, the 5e5 which had eggplant and a chickpea patty w/ mozzarella (extra $3). I don't order a lot of vegetarian food, and almost never sandwiches but this one was great: the eggplant was not mushy at all I think bc of the chickpea patty which was also herbaceously flavorful. We also got the salcicia- which was like a sausage patty kind of panini. That one was pretty good but I was hoping for the porchetta one which I had been reading and drooling about but they no longer offered it :( and they also only had paninis for entrees no pasta no more. The cart is located in the back of a Mexican restaurants parking lot, which might not sound like the best venue but they actually have a cozy little side shack with covered seating that they will bring your food out to.

Friendly folks and great Italian panino! I had the chickpea and eggplant sandwich with grilled and marinated eggplant and tastiest side salad ever. Home made bread, hot and toasted! So much flavor. Menu changes frequently... waiting for the porchetta and roasted potatoes to return.

Hi-end Italian cart that probably shouldn't be compared to Gumba as the dishes are from two separate regions. The Peposo di Manzo was very good, the kale salad would make a great entree. The moist polenta is more cake-like than creamy, which is how I prefer it. And the beef is rich, so good. However, at $15 (September 2021) it's pricy for a food cart. The Torta di Ceci is a wonderful side dish, you don't often find such eclectic options at Italian sit down restaurants. Lastly, the vegan potato vellutata soup was light, but full of flavor. The two guys were cool, service was somewhat fast. They sit alone in a huge parking lot which sometimes hosts the Farmers Market. I look forward to trying their marquee item: porchetta.

Just ok...way too expensive for what you get. They change the menu every week so what I really wanted wasn't there anymore.$15 for a just ok risotto...no thanks. There was supposed to be asparagus and parmesan cheese in there, but I didn't see or taste either of them. The guy in the truck had a real attitude when I told him that I was writing for Yelp .." you and everyone else" is what he said. Like why should we matter.Had some kind of chick pea flat bread too....bland central.Apparently they can't even invest in pagers to let you know that your food is ready. No thanks.

Great addition to Cully-land. Extraordinary paninis and sides. Everything is made fresh on site. The bread, the farinata (chickpea pancake). Super quality stuff, friendly folks. Cheaper than flying to Italy!! Go!

Simply delicious food. Quality ingredients, very reasonably priced. Came here since it was close to the airport and I was waiting for a friend to arrive. Got the eggplant and mozzarella sandwich. I almost never go with the vegetarian option but the owner's brother working the cash register recommended it as one of their signature menu items and I'm glad he did. It was very flavorful and unique. Can't say I've had another sandwich like it. Seems pretty healthy as well, not greasy or heavy. My friend had the flat iron steak which also left him blown away. Definitely come try this place if you're in the area.

This is a gem of a spot, the paninis are both delicious and highly satisfying. Definitely a must-stop spot for a quick sandwich and a very well made and tasty one at that. The tart was fantastic, so rich and flavorful, I could seriously eat that once a week it is just a delightful dessert. The vegan eggplant sandwich had strong garlic spread and a very well done eggplant in the best of ways and the pork loin sandwich had a great mustard that very much complimented the meat. All in all a very very good experience and we most certainly will be returning for more!
