Smak Dab's Gourmet Burgers & Sandwiches

New food trucks started coming to our area each week. Small Dabs was on the list a couple of weeks ago. We had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a basic bacon burger and chicken strips. Everything was great. Fries were delicious as was the sauce that came with them. The chicken strips were a big surprise. They were absolutely delicious. Tender, white meat strips perfectly seasoned and fried. I would get them all the time if the cart came by more often.It was also one of the more reasonably priced food trucks we've had here. Definitely recommend!

This food cart comes to our office building occasionally, and I can never resist!I get the American Cheeseburger, which comes with fresh arugula, which I love, red onions, tomato, and pickles. I add crispy onions and mushrooms (at no extra cost!). It comes on a toasted bun, and is served with hot, crispy fries, which I think they make to order. Who doesn't love fresh fries? All of this is only $12, which I think is a great value! Service is friendly.

Ordered "The Happy Mistake" (cheese burger with BBQ pulled pork), and thought the mistake was that they forgot to include the BBQ and pulled pork. It took four bites before I found the tiny dollop of pork and BBQ sauce on the center of the thin, dry, overcooked burger.Fries were good at least, but serving size was small. I will always give a bit of credit for being mobile, but I feel like I could have got a better burger and fries from McDonald's. Disappointing all around.

Our neighborhood has food carts sometimes and they were here yesterday. We had no idea what we wanted for dinner and my husband got home and told me the food cart was here. So we thought let's try it! So good!! We both would go back again. We both got different things and enjoyed both. Fries were good too and the sauce that comes with it. So glad we decided to try it. The food was also affordable. Can't wait for them to come back!

This is a Food Cart that travels about. . . .Hamburger is the only thing looks appealing in tonight's Thursday Market!What looks even more appealing is their Lamb! My husband had the Bacon Cheese Burger! I had the Lamb of Gouda Burger. Both are excellent! My first lamb burger! Did not know, you can add Aragula instead of lettuce? If you enjoy Burger King hamburger, this is like that, except: it's lamb. It's got Gouda. It's got pickles, red sliced onions, tomatoes and special sauce. FRIES are skinny, just how I like them! Except, I was saving half of mine (so I can go back to business), and I handed my husband my leftover, to put away for later, instead . . . he was eating my fries, too, when he's done with his! Leaving me for no fries for lunch, tomorrow!Eating out is so much more fun, if you're enjoying every bite!Update: I ordered this same Lamb with Gouda, but there was no Gouda in my sandwich, and he didn't used the same thin size fries!

Just had my bf's company picnic catered by Smak Dab's and OMG it was amazing! Had the pulled pork sandwich and it was perfect. My bf and his son both had the Happy Mistake and from what I heard they loved it. Wish there was a location here in Beaverton to go to but I guess that's what makes it so special. Hopefully, they'll cater again next year!

Great little food truck! Had The Lisa (one of their three vegetarian options) and it was fantastic. The guys were really obliging since I forgot my wallet, and ended up being able to put in my card info manually. Burger was so darn good - perfectly crispy, homemade patty with black beans and oats. Definitely recommend for the service and food one-two punch

Nifty little food cart came to our townhouse complex... Burgers were delicious! The arugula and red onion are now my go-to on every burger! The fries and fry sauce were amazing as well! Thanks to the Smak Dabs crew for visiting us!

Usually a great food truck, but I was recently disappointed when they were supposed to show up to our complex and didn't! Went to front desk to ask if they were gonna show up! I was really looking forward to this because it's one of the only food trucks I eat at! They were a NO SHOW didn't even bother answering the phone when front desk called! Very unprofessional service!!! And they have been here before so they knew exactly where to go there's no such thing as getting lost!

The food is absolutely delicious ! We tried the burgers and the cheesesteaks both were amazing . We live pretty far from the location however it is worth the drive as the service is excellent . I would highly recommend it
